China's high-speed railways are developing rapidly.The high-speed operation of trains places higher requirements on the smoothness of the track gauge.Fine adjustment of the gauge is an important means to ensure the high smoothness of ballastless tracks.The current fine adjustment of ballastless track is mainly done manually.This traditional method of fine adjustment of the artificial gauge is relatively inefficient,and it is difficult to adapt to the construction characteristics of tight schedule and heavy task of the fine adjustment of the track.In order to solve the short board of manual distance adjustment,improve the operation efficiency,reduce the labor cost,and realize the automation of fine gauge adjustment,it is of great research significance.In this paper,based on the research on the existing gauge fine adjustment operation process and technology,according to the requirements of the gauge fine adjustment process and combining with the actual situation of the field operation,a three-function design is designed to integrate gauge detection,gauge fine adjustment and gauge fixed.Ballastless track gauge fine adjustment trolley and its electric control system,and the system's control function was debugged online.The specific work content is as follows:(1)Use Solid Works software to design the mechanical structure of the trolley: Ilaser ranging is used to detect the real-time gauge value;the lifting gauge adjuster is used as the executing device to perform fine gauge adjustment;the maximum design torque is 350 N?m double-screw electric bolt wrench to complete the gauge fixing.(2)With Siemens S7-1214 DC / DC / DC as the system controller,use Siemens TIA portal software to edit the system control program and HMI interface.The gauge fine adjustment part adopts fuzzy PID control algorithm.After simulation analysis by Matlab / Simulink,it is programmed on PLC to realize fine gauge adjustment.(3)The main circuit and control circuit and hardware layout drawing of the control system were designed using Auto CAD,and the electrical components in each module were selected after calculation,and the hardware system was completed.(4)After the initial deviation is processed by the principle of "peak clipping and valley filling",the gauge adjustment amount of each orbital point is obtained.This adjustment was entered into the system,and the online control of the car electrical control system and HMI was implemented through the TIA portal and PLCSIM V14 software,which verified the feasibility of the control system and good human-computer interaction.The track gauge fine-tuning car developed in this paper can replace the manual and realize the automation of the gauge fine-tuning.It can not only reduce labor costs,but also improve the efficiency of fine gauge adjustment.It has high application value and great significance for the precision adjustment of ballastless tracks in China.
