The Study Traffic Influence And Organization On The Metro Construction Stage

The subway because of its advantages of large capacity, high speed, safe and reliable,punctual and comfortable, energy-saving and environmental protection, in recent years havebeen widely used in various large domestic and international city, to solve the city trafficand the flow of traffic congestion, and to guide the development of the city. The subwayproject construction scale, long construction period, and the line is often along the city roadsand traffic main direction of laying, station standing on the large passenger distributionpoint, the large commercial and residential areas, the main road and intersection.Construction Weidang occupied sections and intersection road resources,"point, line,surface" multi-level traffic on the ground, and the construction effect to the traffic on theground is dynamic, and mutual influence, interaction. In this paper makes the research onthe influence of subway construction on ground transportation and traffic organizationproblem.This paper mainly to the construction phase of metro traffic impact analysis basictheory, characteristics of metro construction and construction scheme, Xi’an metro line fourtest section construction stage on the ground traffic impact analysis and traffic organizationscheme, four problems are studied. In the traffic impact analysis of the basic theory,analysis to determine the stage of traffic impact scope of construction method, traffic impactindicators and methods, and theoretical analysis on the impact of the construction phasetraffic facilities and traffic subject, constructs the traffic impact analysis and implementationof traffic organization plan basis. In the analysis of construction characteristics and scheme,in the city built the characteristics of metro construction and the construction method in thescope of application, the influence of traffic on the ground, the degree of difficulty ofconstruction, project investment and construction of difference and station interval,construction method and construction scheduling and optimization analysis, for furtheranalysis of construction the traffic on the ground, the influence and the traffic organizationscheme of organization to provide the basis. Taking Xi’an metro line four test section as anexample, through the analysis of the construction line along the road network situation, the traffic load conditions, traffic environment, land environment, each station site location,construction method, based on the analysis of construction test section of metro line four toanalyze the construction effect of regional traffic, then traffic organization scheme isproposed on the basis of reasonable and feasible, in order to ensure the smooth construction,ensure the city residents daily travel, traffic and safety.
