| The improvement of production management not only requires the production status to reach the optimal level,but also the human body status needs to be paid more attention.If too much attention is paid to the improvement of technology and the psychological load of the production operator itself is ignored,it will inevitably affect the behavior of employees.Performance,which reduces production efficiency and slows down the process of industrial engineering.This study mainly explores the impact of the mood of employees in the production line of the automobile assembly shop on production efficiency,which can not only solve the production management problems of similar manufacturing enterprises,but also promote the improvement of their production efficiency,and further help China become a world manufacturing power.After reading and analyzing a large amount of literature,this study found that the research on production efficiency weakened the influence of employees’ psychological factors(emotions)and ignored the relationship between human functional characteristics and production efficiency in human factors engineering.Factors are also worth exploring.Based on this,this study combines human factors engineering and related theories,combined with literature research,selects the antecedent factors that affect emotions,and divides emotions into two dimensions.The theoretical model of this study is constructed and verified by empirical research.The relevant research results and innovations are as follows:First of all,the antecedent factors of emotions are analyzed through the literature,and it is determined from the perspective of leadership style that the two types of leadership styles,namely abusive leadership style and paternalistic leadership style,are used as the antecedents of emotion.At the same time,the emotion is divided into two dimensions of positive emotion and negative emotion.Secondly,a research hypothesis is put forward and a conceptual model of the relationship between employee sentiment and production efficiency in the assembly line of the automobile assembly shop is proposed.At the same time,the measurement items of various variables are referenced and improved to form an impact on the production efficiency of the employee assembly line in China’s manufacturing enterprises A scale of abusive leadership style,paternalistic leadership style,positive emotions,negative emotions and productivity in mechanism research.Finally,analysis of the sample data and hypothesis verification through SPSS 22.0 and Smart PLS 3.0 confirmed the significant influence of authoritative leadership styles in abusive and paternalistic leadership styles on negative emotions and paternalistic leadership styles The positive influence of the German style of leadership on positive emotions also confirmed that the negative effects of negative emotions on production efficiency were stronger than the positive effects of positive emotions on production efficiency.In addition,it has been confirmed that emotions partially mediate between leadership style and productivity.This study expands the scope of research on manufacturing production efficiency,and focuses on the impact of human factors’ engineering on the production efficiency of employees in the assembly line of an automobile manufacturing company.It provides an opportunity for companies to optimize the leadership style of managers and adjust the psychological state of employees at work.Theoretical basis.The study has profound practical significance for manufacturing or managers to standardize management systems and adjust employee sentiment,thereby improving production efficiency. |
