Forest land is the main object of The southern collective forest reform.Forest land is transferable that is the key property of forest land.The Circulation of forest land can lead the vast majority of forest region in our country to get out of the trouble at present.The problem of fragmentation of forest land has been resolved.The efficient operation of forestry has been realized.The repeated utilization factor of forest land has been promoted.The rational allocation of forest land has been optimized.The economy of impoverished mountainous area will be positive development.We divide this paper into four farts.Details are as follows.Part one.Utilizing the survey to collect the data correlation analysis is made according to the scale of forest land circulation and the distribution of all period for Farmers woodland circulation.Part two.We stated the mechanism of action of the circulation for peasant household.Through theory and demonstration,we outlined the relevant theory for forest land circulation.Part three.Take the key forest county Fujian Province-Ninghua County and Changtai County for example,we analyse the characteristic of peasant household forest land circulation according to method,price and purpose of circulating the forest land.With the statistic analysis of the peasant household income level and structural adjustment of front and back of forest land circulation,We utilizing the Double differential measurement model(DID)and Methods the average treatment effect(ATE)to empirically analysis the interaction between the peasant household forest land circulation and the peasant household incomes.In this paper,from the perspective of peasant occupational differences and income disparity,we put emphasis on the exploration of the heterogeneity of peasant household.Fourth chapter in front content foundation further thorough,gave you a summary that proposed some relevant suggestions of promoting forest land circulation and improving the peasant household incomes.Research finding that the age of householder is the important indicator of peasant household forest land circulation.The average age of householder of forest land outflowed is under 40.The average age of householder of forest land inflowed is above 40.Moreover,the forest land inflowed mainly concentrated on the householder of 45-50.It shows that the average age of education of householder is 7.8 years are analysed base on schooling.Most of the householder of forest land inflowed with lower education levels.The supplier tend to be the householder with higher education levels.With large scale of forest land,the householder would rather to inflow the forest land.But with small scale of forest land,the household prefer to outflowing the forest land.The families with high non-farm incomes from wage and salary are more likely to outflow the forest land.The incomes of the peasant household joined the circulation are higher than the peasant household did not participated in circulation.Inflowing and outflowing take poor influence on the income level of peasant household.But the result indicated that the incomes of the peasant household of forest land outflowed are higher than the peasant household of forest land inflowed.To certain extent,it shows the current situation that non-farm incomes from wage and salary is higher than agriculture incomes.
