A study was conducted to determine the effect of boulardii yeast and conventional yeast on backfat change,apparent digestibility of feed in gestation sows,also the influence of reproductive performance,blood biochemical indicators,milk nutrition,milk immunoglobulin and the app-rent digestibility of feed in lactation sows was included.Part 1:A total of 30(5-6 times),90 days of pregnancy(begin tapping)sows,were randomly divided into group 1(basal diet),group 2(basal diet+0.3 g/kg enramycin,40%),groups 3(basal diet+ 1.0 g/kg conventional yeast,2 ×1010 cfu/g),groups 4(basal diet+0.5 g/kg boulardii yeast,4×1010 cfu/g)),groups 5(basal diet+0.75 g/kg boulardii yeast,4×1010 cfu/g),group 6(basal diet+1.0 g/kg boulardii yeast,4 x 1010 cfu/g),to determine the sows backfat and calculate the backfat changes,collect fecal samples and determine the apparent digestibility of feed.The experimental results showed that:(1)on the backfat change,groups 3,4,5,and 6 were higher than blank treatment group(P>0.05),increased in turn by 16.67%,50.00%,66.67%,50.00%;(2)on the diet apparent digestibility,in turn,the crude protein apparent digestibility of group 3,4,5,6 increased by 1.80%(P<0.01),3.32%(P<0.01)and 4.30%(P<0.01)and 4.15%(P<0.01);Crude fat apparent digestibility:2.15%(P>0.05),3.57%(P>0.05),4.18%(P<0.05)and 3.91%(P<0.05),crude fiber apparent digestion rate:3.71%(P<0.05)and 4.86%(P<0.01),6.07%(P<0.01)and 4.52%(P<0.01),the apparent digestibility of energy(P<0.01),:2.20%,2.57%,3.18%,2.57%;Phosphorus apparent digestibility(P<0.01):3.59%,4.24%,4.99%,4.24%;Calcium apparent digestibility(P<0.01):4.57%,10.29%,10.84%,10.35%.Conclusion:tapping tire sow ration adding active yeast can increase the sow body condition and apparent digestibility of feed,has a tendency to improve back fat.Conclusion:adding boulardii yeast and conventional yeast into pregnancy sow ration can increase the sow body condition and apparent digestibility of feed,with a tendency to improve backfat change.Part 2:This experiment was followed by part 1,with the same treatment.Except the determination of backfat and apparent digestibility of feed,also collected the sow colostrum and mature milk to determinded the nutrients,immunoglobulin,gathered sows blood routine to analysis indexes,immunoglobulin and four kinds of virus antibody level measurement.The experimental results showed that:(1)In terms of production performance,the backfat change of groups3,4,5,and 6(the following data sorting was the same),in proper order,increased by 6.67%,6.67%,33.33%,6.67%,the influence was not significant(P>0.05);the born alive number was not significantly increased by 4.0%,4.0%,2.0%,4.0%;the average piglet birth weight increased by 18.71%(P<0.05)and 18.71%(P<0.01),25.18%(P<0.01)and 24.46%(P<0.01);the diarrhea rate extremely significantly decreased 64.64%,67.40%,66.30%,67.40%;the average weaning weight extremely significantly increased by 13.11%,26.05%,22.69%,26.05%;the estrus interval of groups3,4,5 was not significantly reduced 10.07%,2.88%,17.27%,but groups 6 was delayed by 15.11%.(2)on the nursing routine blood biochemical aspects,the indexes were not significant difference between groups,however,their was a increasing tendency in the total protein,albumin,globulin,white/ball ratio,fasting blood sugar trend,On the contrary,the tendency in Cholesterol and triglycerides was reduced,the pseudo plague SN,blue ear SP value had a increasing trendency,while little impact on the disease of SN value.In summary:added boulardii and conventional yeast into the diet of laction sows can significantly or very significantly increase the average piglet birth weight,weaning weight,average daily gain,sow colostrum and normal milk immunoglobulins,apparent digestibility of the diet,moreover,the diarrhea rates were reduced significantly,there were no significantly addition but trendency in some blood biochemical parameters and four kinds of virus antibody levels.
