Pesticide residue is one of the important parameters for vegetable quality and safety.By using the Meteorological chromatography analysis,and the sampling inspection to vegetable products which are produced and sold from 2010 to 2012 in Zhangjiajie,omethoate,methamidophos and 34 kinds of pesticide residue were analyzed.The results show that the overall level of pesticide residues in vegetables in Zhangjiajie is positive,and the vegetable samples have been inspected 1,800 times in 3 years,96.6%of them passed.And the detection rate and over standard rate of pesticide residues have been decreasing year by year.Among the vegetables,the exceeding variety of pesticide residues are acephate,chlorpyrifos,triazophos and lambda cyhalothrin,accounting for 17.7%,14.5%,9.7%and 9.7%in exceeding pesticide.In the seven vegetables,the over standard rate of pesticide residues were found higher in Chinese cabbage,green leafy vegetables and beans,accounting for 1.89%,0.56%and 0.56%.The total detection rates and over standard rates of pesticide residues of vegetables in the market are higher than those in the production base.And the overall residue rates of pesticides of vegetables from out-of-town are higher than those in locally grown.Given the zhangjiajie vegetables pesticide pollution situation.this paper is to put forward some measures to control pesticide residue of vegetables and ensure vegetable quality and safety,according to the site of vegetables production base,technical specifications,market access and exit,and quality and safety supervision. |
