Vegetables are a necessity in our daily life and the security situation closely related to everyone.With the improvement of living standards,people pay more and more attention to food quality and safety.Pesticides are used to control pests of vegetables which has played a significant role to ensuring crops' improvements,such as improving yield and quality of agricultural products,promoting agricultural modernization and mechanization,and the development of human society,etc..There is no doubt that the effect of pesticides on controlling vegetables pest is enormous,but our government and society must pay attention to the harm of pesticide residues.In order to ensure protecting our living environment and personal safety,rational and scientific use pesticides reduce the amount of pesticide,we are in urgent need to solve the problem how to use the pesticides be sure to increase agricultural production and protect the quality of agricultural products.The essay is based on the present situation,species and harm of pesticide residues in vegetables,and the current detection of pesticide residues.From 2012 to 2014,we sampled 1653 samples from vegetable production base,supermarkets and wholesale markets in Xi'aan.Based on three years pesticide residues data from different varieties,seasons,regions of vegetables,the results showed that the quantity of vegetables pesticide residues were higher in February and July than other months,which is related with fungicides spraying and production mode.High pesticide residues are mainly concentrated in the samples in February and November of vegetables.During a lot of vegetables are grown in greenhouses,farmers will wanton and frequent spraying of pesticides in order to improve economic efficiency,resulting in winter vegetables high pesticide residues.The types of pesticides detected in the sample are:organochlorine pesticides,organophosphorus pesticides,pyrethroid pesticides,carbamate pesticides and pesticide residues and other benzimidazole.Moreover,the mixture pesticide residue could be detected in part of vegetables.In 2012-2014,the pesticide residues content of chlorothalonil and triadimefon are highest among 53 kinds pesticide using in vegetables production.This shows that some farmers did still not reasonable use pesticides according to the strictly defined regulation of pesticide concentration,costly quantity and the spraying frequency.This shows that some farmers do not use them limited and standard in the process of using pesticides.we hope the related departments could pay attention to this sitiuation and strengthen farmers pesticide sparying training to manage farmers use pesticides formally and rationally.Taking the results into consider,we further analyzed the natural conditions and humanity cultural to discuss the solution of vegetable quality safety in Xiaan.we suggest how to reduce the pesticide residues in vegetables in the source.The training of safety pesticide for vegetable grower should be intensified,while quality supervision on nonlocal vegetable productions should be further strengthened.In a word,this investigation lay the foundation of preventing vegetable from high pesticide pollution,which will help local government to formulate the law of alleviating the pesticide residue,and to set out sustainable industrial development planning.
