The experiment with different biochar created by tobacco stem application to figured out the influence of soil nutrient,soil fertility and the growth and quality of tobacco in Bijie Guizhou province.1 Effect of the applicate of biochar created by tobacco stem on tobacco growthThe consequence showed that compare with the contrast,the applications of biochar created by tobacco stem improve the botanical characteristics significant in pre-procreate;In middle growth stage,compare with the contrast,the applications of biochar created by tobacco stem increased the leaf area per plant 4.8% ~ 10.5%,the group of T4 increased stem circumference 3.4%;In later growth stage,the group of T4 increased stem circumference 11.9%,the group of T1?T4 increased the leaf area per plant 6.7%?5.4%;Compare with the contrast,the dry matter of tobacco organic increased significant during the period of extending and mature stage which grown with the biochar application upswing;The period of gowning,compare with the contrast,the root-shoot ratio increased significant,grown with the biochar application.During the period of budding stage,the biochar application increased the content of Gs ?Tr and Pn significant,The Pn grown with the biochar application,the F4(2400kg/hm2)group added 58.73% compare with the contrast,Which means the application of biochar could increase the content of Pn significant by promoting stomatal aperture mostly.2 Effect of the applicate of biochar stem on soil a.Effect of soil physio-chemical propertiesCompare with contrast,The application of biochar created by tobacco stem increased the content of p H,which added 0.08 ~ 0.19 unit,0.5%~18.8% in the rate of water content,which grown with the biochar application upswing;There are increased3.88% ~ 20.16% in available nitrogen with biochar application,the group of T2 increased significant;The group of T3?T4 increased 18.4% and 13.2% of rapidly available potassium content;The biochar application on total nitrogen and totalphosphorus increased significant,added 23.10% ~ 38.10% and 9.10% ~ 27.27%,which grown with the biochar application upswing;The group of T1 increased the content of rapidly available phosphorus 15.37%,the other group decreased unsignificant,decreased 26.79% ~ 43.97%,there are unsignificant in groups.b.Effect of available nitrogen and organic matter contentsThe consequence showed that,compare with the contrast,the biochar application improved the content of organic carbon significant,it show that grown with the biochar application upswing;The treatment compare with contrast significant except F1 group;The biochar application decreased the content of maniacal nitrogen significant,compare with contrast decreased 12.51%~39.51%,The biochar application increased the content of nitric nitrogen,compare with contrast,the group of F3?F4 increased significant,added 47.26%?50.40%;The biochar application increased The ratio between nitric nitrogen and maniacal nitrogen significant,it show that grown with the biochar application upswing.c.Effect of soil enzymeThe application of biochar created by tobacco stem increased the activities of soil enzyme.The content of SEI increased significant,The group of F1?F2?F3?F4increased 3.87 ?4.45 ?4.46 ?4.33 times compare with contrast.The activities of different soil enzyme have different response of different application on biochar created by tobacco stem.There are highest activities of polyphenol oxidase?sucrase?peroxidase? urease in F3 group;There are highest activities of catalase in F4 group;There are highest activities of nitrate reductase in F2 group.3 Effect of the biochar application on the quality and value of flue-cured tobacco a.Effect of value in flue-cured tobacco leavesThe consequence showed that,compare with contrast,there are increased value and yield in the group of F2?F3?F4,it show that grown with the biochar application upswing,added 2.16%~8.45% in value;It increased biochar application on the rates of upper-middle,compare with contrast,added 0.5~9.2%,there highest rates in F3group;Which means the biochar application improved the value in flue-cured tobacco leaves.b.Effect of chemical components in flue-cured tobacco leavesCompare with the contrast,the biochar application improved the potassium ?sugar to nicotine?nitrogen to nicotine content in the upper leaves and middle leaves significant;In upper leaves,The group of T4 higher than contrast significant inpotassium content,added 12.4%;The group of T2 has the highest content of sugar to nicotine,added 33.8% than contrast;The group of T3 has the highest content of nitrogen to nicotine,added 39.1% than contrast;In middle leaves,The group of T4 has the highest content of potassium,added 39.8% than contrast;The group of T3 has the highest content of sugar to nicotine,added 29.7% than contrast;The group of T3 has the highest content of nitrogen to nicotine,added 21.9% than contrast;The biochar application decreased the content of nicotine in the upper leaves and middle leaves,compare with contrast,the group of T1 improved the content of nicotine,the other groups decreased the nicotine content,lower 7.6%~14.6% than contrast.c.Effect of mineral elements in flue-cured tobacco leavesThe biochar created by tobacco stem application increased the content of Ca?P in low application,which decreased the content of Ca ? P in higher application;The biochar application increased the content of Fe?Mg,which grown with the biochar application increasing;The biochar application decreased the content of Mn?Cu?B;The content of Zn increasing irregular with biochar application upswing,compare with contrast.d.Effect of neutral aroma substances in flue-cured tobacco leavesThe consequence showed that,The applicate of biochar treatment increased the total amount of neutral fragrant substances in flue-cured tobacco significant,which the content of neophytadiene and other fragrant substances increased with the biochar application upswing,there are maximum in F3 treatment that added 15.8% compare with the contrast;Compare with contrast,The content of carotenoids ? solanone increased in F3 treatment,;The content of phenylalanine substances increased in F1 treatment,and the content of browning products contents increased in F2 treatment,which the higher biochar application improved the content of kinds of fragrant substances.In summary,The applicate of biochar created by tobacco stem could improve the growth and dry matter accumulation of tobacco;Which also could increase the content of soil nutrient and the activities of soil enzyme,at the mean while increased the content of organic matter,there are good for the growth of tobacco root with improving the rhizosphere environment;The applicate of biochar created by tobacco stem could improve the content of mineral elements in flue-cured tobacco leaves and balance the inner components of flue-cured tobacco;The applicate of biochar created by tobacco stem could improve the tobacco yield and value in flue-cured tobaccoleaves,increased the economic benefits of tobacco.
