| In this paper,we mainly examined the effect of propofol compounded isoflurane on canine physiological function.The aim of this study was to evaluate the practicality and the safety of this anesthesia method,to provide a reference for the clinical veterinarian and suggestions for the operation of this anesthesia method.The experiment mainly studied the effects of the anesthesia on the physiological indexes of eight healthy dogs.The physiological indexes include blood oxygen saturation,respiratory rate,end-tidal carbon dioxide partial pressure,heart rate,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,mean arterial pressure,body temperature,biochemical,blood,blood and so on.In addition,we had intuitive awareness about its effect and awake quality by use of 20 clinical common surgery.The experimental results are as follows:The results of respiratory system showed that there are no obvious influence on the respiratory system of canine.The results of circulatory system show that the blood pressure and the body temperature decreased.The results of blood routine and biochemical showed that there are no significant changes after anaesthesia.The results of blood gas index show that the partial pressure of carbon dioxide was increased and the serum potassium decreased.It showed that the degree of sedative,analgesic,muscle relaxation are pretty well and the controllability of the anesthesia is great and the recovery quality of the anesthesia is pretty well by use of 20 clinical common surgery.Comprehensive test results :propofol-induced compound isoflurane-inhalation anesthesia can induced quickly.Then it have great effects on sedative,analgesic,and muscle relaxation.Meanwhile it has no obvious impact on the respirator system.But it has some impact on circulatory system and hematological indicators.The recovery is quick and smooth.So relatively speaking,it is pretty practical and safe. |
