| With the substantial improvement of China’s economic level in recent years,food safety and food quality have attracted more and more attention from consumers,and the people’s demands from eating enough to eating well have prompted the state to increase supervision and crack down on illegal acts,and the construction of an environment-friendly society has also put forward higher requirements for animal husbandry.Coupled with the avian influenza in recent years,African swine fever is raging,raw material prices have soared,the breeding industry is struggling,and the strategic transformation of livestock and poultry enterprises is imminent.This paper carefully studies the basic situation of the development of the animal husbandry industry,consults the basic data and existing problems of domestic industrial development,and conducts a comprehensive study on the development of LH livestock and poultry companies.This paper analyzes the internal and external environment of the enterprise in detail,analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the enterprise in combination with the SWOT tool,and conducts a questionnaire survey on the employees of the enterprise to find out the problems and reasons for the current strategy of the enterprise.In view of the difficulties encountered in the company’s current development,it refers to the development trend and strategic transformation of the peer Chia Tai company in the domestic market,combines the company’s development strategy objectives,so as to formulate a development strategy for the enterprise,and accordingly puts forward the support strategy and implementation guarantee of the enterprise development strategy,so that the enterprise can carry out sustained,healthy,long-term and stable development under the current severe competitive environment conditions.Through the SPACE matrix analysis,this paper proposes that LH should adhere to the cost leadership strategy + product differentiation strategy.According to LH,it is proposed to implement the development model of "large-scale breeding,centralized slaughtering,cold chain transportation,and chilled listing",open offline stores for sales and operation,develop a specialized and multi-refined industry,reduce production costs,strengthen brand cooperation,and optimize the online supply chain.It is proposed to implement the procurement management strategy of "high quality and low price",promote innovation ability,pay attention to corporate financial statements,improve the effectiveness of internal control,determine a reasonable salary system and performance evaluation system,optimize talent allocation,and implement strategic safeguard measures such as a rotation system. |
