Lilium Spp.is known as ornamental flower,it has important ornamental value.China is the main distribution center of lily,but because of the imperfect production of lily bulbs in our country,and the limitation of climatic conditions and cultivation techniques,high quality bulbs still rely on foreign imports.There are a lot of studies on the breeding techniques of lily,but it is still one or two years to breed the bulbs through the traditional breeding methods,and the growth period is long and the survival rate is low.In this study,taken L.speciosum var.rubrum ’Uchida’,L.speciosum var.album,Golden Stone and Liliumxformolongi ’Julius’ flower callus as the basic material,the induction medium was screened by different proportion of hormones to improve lily propagation velocity.’Album’ and ’Golden Stone’expanded research were also conducted to discuss the effect of sucrose concentration and culture of bulb,providing the reference for the commercial production of lily.The main conclusions are as following:1.Hormone concentration and proportion had significant effects on the callus differentiation of small bulbs.MS+NAA 1.0 mg/L+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+ sucrose 60 g/L is the best medium for the induction of’Uchida’,’Album’,’Golden Stone’ through flower organs,the best medium for Julius leaves was MS+NAA 1.0 mg/L+6-BA 3.0 mg/L+ sucrose 30 g/L.2.The induction ability of the four cultivars was higher than that of the ovary,the sequence for induction ability of’Julius’ flower organ was pedicel,filament,anther and ovary,from high to low.3.The media of MS+NAA 1.0 mg/L+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+ sucrose 60 g/L is suite for ’Uchida’,’Album’and ’Golden Stone’ rooting.It can also turn directly tissue culture leaves and roots into adventitious buds.4.The sucrose concentration had some effect on bulb enlargement,and the concentration of sucrose was different in different cultivars.’Golden Stone’ has a good weight gain when the sucrose concentration is 90g/L,’Album’ has a good weight gain when the sucrose concentration is 30 g/L.5.In full light environment,’Album’ and ’Golden Stone’ acquired significant weight and were robust,indicating that the light environment is conducive to the expansion of culture.6.The lower concentration of sucrose(30 g/L)can induce ’Golden Stone’ rooting,but the ’Album’effect is not significant.7.Under aseptic culture,’Golden Stone’ is robust and has low pollution.
