With the continuous progress of social science and technology and the improvement of living standards,the demand for leek,as a traditional Chinese vegetable,is also increasing.In order to provide the most suitable environment for plants to grow,so as to obtain higher yield,quality and economic benefit.With the development of facility agricultural equipment research,the research of plant industrialization is getting deeper and deeper.It is necessary to study the growth law of plants by artificial light source and soilless substrate cultivation.In this study,the effects of different ratio of red and blue LED light sources on growth characteristics and nutritional quality of leek stubble were studied.The LED light source with different ratio of red and blue light(R/B=3:1:、4:1、5:1、7:1、9:1)was used to culture chives for 4 times,and ordinary white light was used as control.The results showed that the stem diameter,leaf width,soluble sugar content and yield of leek were significantly higher than that of the other treatments at 3:1,when the stem diameter,leaf width,soluble sugar content and yield were significantly higher than that of other treatments at 7:1,the results showed that the content of stem,leaf width,soluble sugar content and yield were significantly higher than those of other treatments at 3:1.VC and allicin contents in leek were significantly higher than those in other treatments.The plant height,stem diameter,leaf width,chlorophyll content and yield showed an increasing trend of VC content.The results of principal component analysis showed that the integrated score of R/B=7:1 in each crop was 1.563、2.313、1.280、2.038,which was significantly higher than that of other treatments in the same crop.7R1B>9R1B>4R1B>5R1B>3R1B>CK.therefore,it is important to select the LED light source of R/B=7:1 to improve the growth and nutritional quality of leek.The effects of different organic substrates on the growth and nutritive quality of leek were studied with the optimum light quality as the experimental condition.The volume ratios of peat:vermiculite:organic fertilizer:mushroom residue:perlite(2:1:1:1:1);peat:vermiculite:organic fertilizer:mushroom residue(2:1:1:1);peat:vermiculite:organic fertilizer(2:1:1);peat:vermiculite:(2:1);common black soil(CK)5 substrates.The optimum substrate was selected by using principal component analysis,and the effects of different substrates on the growth and nutritional quality of leek were investigated.The plant height,stem diameter and leaf width of vegetable showed that T4 treatment was superior to other treatments.Therefore,under the action of peat:vermiculite:(2:1),the growth characteristics of leek could be promoted.Therefore,the content of chlorophyll,soluble protein VC,cellulose,allicin,chlorophyll,soluble protein,soluble protein,chlorophyll,soluble protein were significantly increased under T1 treatment.The content of allicin in cellulose decreased first and then increased.The content of allicin in different stubble showed the trend of"ascending and descending".VC and soluble sugar content were found at the same time.Therefore,by using principal component analysis(PCA),the sum of comprehensive scores of each treatment was T1>T3>T2>T4>CK.The overall evaluation found that T1 treatment had the best comprehensive performance.The results of principal component analysis showed that the LED light source of R/B=7:1was the best light quality:peat:vermiculite:organic fertilizer:mushroom dregs:perlite(2:1:1:1:1),which was of great significance for improving the growth and nutritional quality of Chinese chives.
