Research And Analysis On The Situation Of Animal Husbandry Development In Ganzhou City

At this stage,China's animal husbandry is undergoing an important transformation and reform phase,from traditional free-range farming to large-scale aquaculture development,to intensive and integrated transformation,and to ecological cycle farming.Ganzhou City has an area of 39,000 square kilometers and is the largest prefecture-level city in Jiangxi Province.It boasts the first inland port of Jiangxi Province-Ganzhou Port.Not only is the climate condition good,but the "middle low and high surrounding" terrain is very suitable for vigorous development.Develop animal husbandry.This paper collects data on slaughter of laying hens,broilers,pigs,dairy cows,beef cattle,sheep,and some special economic animals from 2013 to 2016,the number of farms of different sizes,and the corresponding yields,and conducts investigation and research.The results showed that from 2013 to 2016,the egg production provided by 10,000 or more hen farms increased from 75% to 89%;while the production of broilers provided by more than 10,000 broiler chicken plants accounted for the total output.The proportion has increased from 70% to 77%,and the degree of scale has continued to rise;the scale of live pig breeding has been slowly increasing,and there is still a lot of room for development.By the end of 2016,more than 1,000 live hog farms have provided total pig production.The proportion of production is 50%.In 2016,the number of dairy farms increased by nearly 4 times compared to 2013,but they are all free-family households.The number of small and medium-sized cattle farms with 20 to 99 heads has not increased yet,and more than 100 farms have been scaled.In 2014 and 2015,there were three,and in 2016,there was no scale reduction and milk production also declined;the number of farms with more than 100 beef cattle increased year by year,and the annual slaughter of beef cattle increased,but over 70% beef cattle still come from 1 to 9 free-range households,and the degree of scale is very low.The annual amount of sheep slaughtered year by year,but there is no increase in large-scale farms,and there is an increase in small and medium-sized farms.The city has developed apiculture in recent years.Rabbit industry and sericulture,but the momentum is not obvious.In 2016,the per capita possession of eggs in Ganzhou City was 22.48% lower than the per capita occupancy in the province,and the per capita possession of meat was 0.11% lower than the per capita occupancy in the province.Analyze the production data of animal husbandry in Ganzhou City,and combined with the survey,the following problems still exist in the development of animal husbandry in Ganzhou City: First,the degree of scale needs to be further strengthened;Second,the level of scientific breeding is insufficient;Third,mechanized aquaculture technology is more difficult to popularize;Fourth,the concept of ecological farming needs further strengthening;Fifth,the development of special economic animals is not obvious.For the problems and conflicts in the development of animal husbandry in Ganzhou,combinedwith the actual situation,the following suggestions are made: First,establish a concept of ecological recycling agriculture,do a good job combining agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry,and fishing;Second,fully promote the industrialization of business model,speed up the realization Animal husbandry integration development;Third,the introduction of professional personnel,strengthen scientific awareness;Fourth,optimize the animal husbandry industry structure,achieve a balanced development;Fifth,build brand culture,develop a characteristic animal husbandry.
