China is a big country of rice cultivation,but the level of rice planting machine in our country is relatively lower than Japan and Korea,which are also big rice growing country.They have reached 90%in the last century.Meanwhile,pot seedling becomes more and more popular with farmer.Compared with blanket shaped seedling,it has the advantage of no remission period,early tiller,low node tiller,being suitable for multiple cropping and planting in cold area,etc.While foreign rice pot seedling transplanting machine is expensive and the demands of its supporting equipment are quite high,which is not suitable for the situation of our country.Therefore,the development of rice pot seedling transplanting machine,which is suitable for the national conditions of our country,has very important significance for improving the rice planting mechanization level.In this paper,the advantage of rice pot seedling,compared with blanket shaped seedling,current situation of rice planting mode,and the research status and exiting problems of the rice transplanting equipment at home and abroad are summarized.And then,morphological parameters and mechanical properties of rice pot seedling,the direct object of rice pot seedling transplanting mechanism,are studied.The existing problems of rice pot seedling transplanting mechanism with intermittent gears planetary system are founded by physical prototype experiment and virtual simulation of rice pot seedling transplanting mechanism and the amendment is proposed.On this basis,a new scheme of seedling transplanting mechanism is designed.And the feasibility of new scheme is verified by the kinematics simulation results.The main work and results of this paper are as follows:1)Measurement and analysis of the morphological parameters and mechanical properties of pot seedling.Firstly,the morphological parameters of 3 kinds of seedling age at 25,30,35 days of Songliao 6 rice pot seedling,cultivated by myself,are measured,including plant height,stem height,long and short axis diameter of the cross section of the segmentation of stem,length and width dimensions of the upper and lower cross section of pot soil,water content of stem,water content of pot soil,stem weight,pot soil weight,and so on.Meanwhile,the density of stem and pot soil was obtained according to the density formula.Secondly,the stem is segmented and the Young's modulus of each section of stem is measured.It is shown that with the increase of seedling age,the young's modulus of different seedling age of the same segment increases and for the same age seedling stem,the further the stem segment is away from the pot soil,the bigger its young's modulus is.Thirdly with the help of ANSYS software,the deformation of pot seedling stems is analyzed in different clamping force.And the formula of relationship between clamping force and the deformation is obtained.Finally,the pot seedling drop test results show that it is reasonable that vertical velocity of pot seedling transplanting in the range between 3704 and 5422 mm/s.2)Research on the experiment of physical prototype of pot seedling transplanting mechanism.The results,analyzed by high-speed photography technology and PCC 1.3 software,of physical prototype test of pot seedling transplanting mechanism under different speed show that the planting effects are good,when the pot seedling transplanting mechanism in 60r/min,and with the increasing of rotation speed,the planting effects become worse,and planted pot seedling is out of order at 80r/min.The reasons mainly lie in that the design of static trajectory is unreasonable,the position of cam and barrier body is not right,there is deviation between the intermittent gears meshing,the structure of ejection seedling clamp is unreasonable.3)Simulation analysis and optimization design of pot seedling transplanting mechanism.Firstly,the pot seedling transplanting mode has been analyzed,and the results show that planting mode is the right choice for pot seedling transplanting mechanism.Secondly,it is found by the simulation and analysis of the modified pot seedling transplanting mechanism that the ejection type seedling clamp causes trajectory intersection of seedling release phase.Therefore,the ejection type seedling clamp is not reasonable.Finally,based on the solutions of problems,which have been found by the texts of physical prototype and virtual simulation of the pot seedling transplanting mechanism,a new scheme of pot seedling transplanting mechanism is designed.And the simulation's results show that dynamic and static trajectory of the new designed transplanting mechanism,the change of the stages of grabbing and releasing pot seedling,and the opening size of seedling clamp meet the design requirements.And the process of grabbing seedling of the new scheme is simulated using RecurDyn software,and the simulation results show that pot seedling can be removed smoothly from the pot body by the new designed pot seedling transplanting mechanism.And the new scheme is proved to be reasonable.Meanwhile,it lays the foundation for the physical prototype test of the new scheme.
