Aiming at the practical problems such as waste of irrigation water and unclear rules of water and fertilizer requirement for different varieties of Lycium barbarum in Helan Mountain of Ningxia,this paper systematically studied the effects of different irrigation quotas and fertilization rates on the growth,photosynthesis,yield and quality of Lycium barbarum in Helan Mountain of Ningxia Bairuiyuan Company by comparative experiments.To provide theoretical basis and technical support for high quality and yield increase of Lycium barbarum in Helan Mountain area.The main research results are as follows:1.Using sandy loam soil and loam soil as test soil and Huangguo Lycium barbarum,Ningqi No.1,Ningqi No.7 and Ningqi No.9 as test varieties,the changes of new slight growth,photosynthesis,chlorophyll content,yield and quality of Lycium barbarbarum under three irrigation quotas(3834m3/hm2?4806 m3/hm2.5778m3/hm2)were studied.The results showed that when the irrigation quota was 5778 m3/hm2,the growth and development of Huangguo Lycium barbarum,Ningqi No.1,Ningqi No.7 and Ningqi No.9 planted on sandy loam soil were the best,photosynthesis was the strongest and chlorophyll content was the highest.When the irrigation quota was 4806 m3/hm2,Ningqi No.9 planted on loam soil had the best growth and development,the strongest photosynthesis and the highest chlorophyll content.With the increase of irrigation quota,the fresh fruit yield of Lycium barbarum increased,but the total sugar,polysaccharide,betaine,soluble sugar and ?-carotene content of Lycium barbarum decreased,and the flavonoid content increased.When the irrigation quota was 5778 m3/hm2,the yield of Huangguo Lycium barbarum,Ningqi No.7 and Ningqi No,9 planted on loam soil was the highest,but the quality was the worst.When irrigation quota is 4806 m3/hm2,Ningqi No.1 and Ningqi No.9 planted on sandy loam soil can get higher yield and better quality.When the irrigation quota is 3834 m3/hm2,the best quality can be obtained,but the yield is the lowest.2.Using sandy loam soil and loam soil as test soil and Huangguo Lycium barbarum,Ningqi No.1,Ningqi No.7 and Ningqi No.9 as test varieties,the changes of slight growth,photosynthesis,chlorophyll content,yield and quality of Lycium barbarbarum under three fertilization levels were studied.(Low fertilizer treatment:urea 660kg/hm2,monoammonium phosphate 495kg/hm2,potassium sulfate 165kg/hm2,medium fertilizer treatment:urea 1320kg/hm2,monoammonium phosphate 990kg/hm2 potassium sulfate 330kg/hm2,high fertilizer treatment:urea 1980kg/hm2,monoammoniu:1m phosphate 1485 kg/hm2,potassium sulfate 495 kg/hm2).The results showed that the contents of total sugar,polysaccharide,soluble sugar,?-carotene and flavonoids in Lycium barbarum increased with the increase of fertilizer application,while the content of betaine in Lycium barbarum decreased with the increase of fertilizer application.For Huangguo Lycium barbarum and Ningqi No.9 planted on loam soil,low fertilizer treatment can get better yield,but the quality is the worst;for Ningqi No.1 and Ningqi No.9 planted on sandy loam soil,medium fertilizer treatment can get the better yield and quality;for Ningqi No.7 and Ningqi No.1 and Ningqi No.9 planted on loam soil,high fertilizer treatment can get the highest yield and the quality is the best.3.Using sandy loam soil and loam soil as test soil and Huangguo Lycium barbarum,Ningqi No.1,Ningqi No.7 and Ningqi No.9 as test varieties,the yield and quality of Lycium barbarum under different water and fertilizer conditions were studied.The results showed that irrigation quota and fertilization amount had significant effects on the yield of Lycium barbarum.The main factor was irrigation quota,and the secondary factor was fertilization amount.Under the condition of sandy loam soil,the yield of Huangguo Lycium barbarum was the highest in high-water and low-fertilizer treatment.The yield of high-water fertilizer treatment was the highest in Ningjing No.l and Ningjing No.9s and that of Ningjing No.7 high-water and high-fertilizer treatment was the highest.Under loam conditions,the yields of all varieties were highest under high water and high fertilizer treatment The content of total sugar,polysaccharide,?-carotene and soluble sugar was higher under low water and high fertilizer treatment.The content of betaine was higher under low water and low fertilizer treatment,and the content of flavonoid was higher under high water and high fertilizer.
