The experiment selected potted Ningqi No.1 as materials, dealing with fertilization formula under 3 kinds of soil fertility, through measuring growth index including height, crown, number of new lateral bud and leaf, quality indicators including total sugar content, polysaccharide content, carotene content, betaine content, yield index including yield per plant and kernel weight, analyzed effects of fertilization formula on Lycium barbarum L. growth and quality under different soil fertility, thus selected the best recipe of Lycium barbarum L. fertilization. And then provide a rational scientific basic theory for Lycium barbarum L. cultivation. The results showed that1.Fertilization formula treatment under different soil fertility promoted plant height, the crown and the number of new lateral increased much more than CK. The effect of H8 was the best among treatments.2. Fertilization formula treatment under different soil fertility improved physiological indicators of Lycium barbarum L. leaf, including dry weight, leaf area, chlorophyll a content, chlorophyll b content, total chlorophyll content, chlorophyll a / b content, leaf nitrogen content, phosphorus content and leaf potassium content. The effect of H8 was the best among treatments, which showed that adding nitrogen was conducive to promote leaf growth and improve leaf photosynthetic capacity of Lycium barbarum L..N content of leaf showed a very significant positive correlation with chlorophyll b content, dry weight, area and chlorophyll a content. P content of leaf showed a very significant positive correlation with dry weight, area and chlorophyll b content; K content of leaf showed a very significant positive correlation with dry weight, area, chlorophyll a content, chlorophyll b content and total chlorophyll content. Specific leaf area showed a significant positive correlation with chlorophyll b content, P content and K content of leaf; Specific leaf mass showed a significant very negative correlation with leaf area and specific leaf area,showed a significant negative correlation with P content and K content of leaf.3. Fertilization formula treatment under high fertility better able to improve production, promote growth and improve the quality of Lycium barbarum L. compared with medium fertility and low fertility, among them the effect of high fertility was the best.Fertilization formula treatment under different soil fertility improved fruit quality indexes of Lycium barbarum L., including total sugar content, polysaccharide content, carotene content and betaine content. The effect of H8 was more significant than other treatments, which showed that applying N PK can improve fruit quality of Lycium barbarum L.4.Fertilization formula treatment under different soil fertility made Lycium barbarum L. production was higher significantly than CK, the effect of H8(N2P1K0, amount of N, P, K application was 12 mg?L-1、3 mg?L-1、and 1.5 mg?L-1) was the best among treatments.In summary, Fertilization formula treatment H8 whose NPK proportion was 4: 2: 1 and NPK applied for 24 g, 6g and 3g respectively can improve the yield and leaf photosynthetic capacity, promote plant growth, improve the fruit quality of Lycium barbarum L.. So it was recommended regarding as the best ratio of Lycium barbarum L. fertilization formula under different soil fertility.
