Corn peeling device is an important part of corn harvester,its performance directly affects the performance of the whole machine efficiency,grain loss rate,kernel breakage rate,bract leaf stripping rate and other performance indicators.In this paper,the whole structure and main components of the peeling device of corn harvester were studied and designed,and the influence factors,i.e.horizontal number and orthogonal test,were selected,and the peeling rate of bract was established.The regression mathematical models of four main influencing factors,such as grain loss rate and grain breakage rate,rotation speed of peeling roller,speed of presser,distance between peeling roller and presser and inclination angle of peeling roller,were established by using Design-Expert 8.0.The mathematical model is solved optimally,and the optimized parameters are verified.This paper studies:(1)Based on the TRIZ contradictory matrix theory,this paper theoretically designs the key skinning roller and the pressure transmitter of the corn peeling device,and analyzes the force of the ear above the skinning roller and under the pressure transmitter.(2)Based on the key components of the contradiction matrix design,dynamic analysis is performed during the introduction of the contradiction matrix,and the speed ranges of different components are divided to obtain the speed curve of the spike along the roller axis direction,the angular velocity curve of the ear around its axis and the ear From the stress on the peeling roller,the average movement speed of the ear was 0.20m/s,0.22m/s and 0.34m/s.The angular velocity of the rotation of the ear around its own axis was 2.75rad/s,4.77ad/s and 6.96 rad/s respectively;the maximum force the ear received.It is 10.7N,15.6N and 15.4N in order.(3)Use mathematical statistics to process and analyze the test data.Use range analysis and variance analysis to analyze the data of the experimental factors and obtain the best combination of individual indicators.Determine the significantinfluence of the experimental factors on the indicators.Then,the interval is estimated by averaging the optimal projects.For the grain loss rate,the best combination of the program,namely,peeling roller speed 450rad/min,pressure transmitter speed 90rad/min,skinning roller and pressure transmitter distance 35 mm and skinning roller inclination angle 17°;for the rate of grain breakage,the best parameters The combination is: the peeling roller speed is 300rad/min,the pressure transmitter rotating speed is 120rad/min,the peeling roller is 35 mm away from the pressure roller and the peeling roller is inclined at 13°.For the peeling rate of the loquat leaves,the best parameter combination is the peeling roller.Speed 450 rad/min,pressure transmitter speed 60 rad/min,stripping roller and pressure transmitter distance 20 mm and stripping roller inclination angle 13°.(4)Based on the above(3),carry out multi-factor analysis on each experimental factor,use the quadratic regression orthogonal rotation center combination test method to fit the experimental index data,get the fitting equation,establish the objective function,consider three comprehensively The experimental indicators and the use of a unified objective function method to convert the three indicators through a linear weighting method into a single-objective nonlinear optimization problem,and the optimal parameters for the combination of the program is: peeling roller speed 385rad/min,pressure transmitter speed 102 rad / Min,the distance between the skinning roller and the pressure transmitter is 20 mm and the tilt angle of the skin roller is 15°.(5)The repeatability test was performed on the parameter combination of(4).The average grain loss rate was 1.37%,the average grain damage rate was 0.39% and the average bract peeling rate was 89.63%.The value of each index satisfies the value specified in the technical condition of the GB/T 21962-08 corn harvesting machinery.The optimal parameter combination scheme has good test results and the performance is stable.
