Studies On The Mode Of Under-forest Economy And Analysis The Development Countermeasure Of Under-forest Industry In Anhui Province

Anhui province is the key province of collective forest area in the south of China.With the deepening reform of collective forest rights system,developing the economy under the forest has become an important reform measure,which is of great practical significance for enhancing the comprehensive benefits of forestry,implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,and winning the fight against poverty.On the basis of fully analyzing the development situation of the economy of the underforest at home and abroad,this paper combs the theoretical basis of the economic development of the underforest and the relevant document planning of our country's macroscopically supporting the economic development of the underforest,expounds the background of the economic research of the underforest and the significance of the research on the economic model and development countermeasures,puts forward the specific research methods,and analyses the economic development of the underforest in Anhui province in 2017.Forest tourism is the main way of economic development under the forest in Anhui province,and economic benefits under the forest are best in southern Anhui mountains.The total output value of forestry enterprises in the province was 1,697,463,300 yuan,accounting for 58.54 % of the total output value of new forestry operations.Forestry enterprises are the main business entities of the new forestry industry in the province.Different ways of planting under the forest in Anhui province were distributed in different regions,but there were differences in the main development patterns.The economy under the breeding forest is mainly developed by forest poultry farming.There are regional differences in the distribution of agricultural products collected under different forests,and the main economic products collected under forests in different regions have their own emphasis.From the statistical results of forest landscape area,benefiting from the advantages of location,Huangshan City,Lu'an City,and Xuancheng City are the main distribution areas of forest landscapes in the province.There are some problems in the economic development of underforest in Anhui Province: the development atmosphere is not strong,and innovation measures are few;Development scale is small,output value proportion is small;Lack of technical guidance and insufficient policy support;Poor infrastructure and low scientific and technological content;The radiation ability is not strong,the driving effect is not obvious.The main development countermeasures are: actively promote the Internet + under-forest economy;According to local conditions,reasonable planning;Pay attention to propaganda and strengthen guidance;Cultivate the faucet and demonstrate it;Encouraging innovation and deepening development;Broaden channels and increase support;Strengthen guidance and focus on training.
