As the feed additive, microorganism preparation have been widely used in the breeding industry. We obtaining the desired fermentation feed through adding the microbial preparation to the weaned pig feed. The fermented feed was then fed to the piglets,we finally evaluated the application value of the fermentation feed(made by YIJUNWANG)in piglet farming process, through statistics and analysis of the productive performance of the piglets, growing status, and the ammonia content in the piggery. In order to investigate the application potentiality of the fermented feed, experiments were designed, and the detailed experimental design, research contents and experimental results were as follows:Before fermentation, the feed and YIJUNWANG were mixed with 40kg: 100 g ratio, and then added water that accounted for 50% to 70% of the weight of the feed, which was fully mixed and fermented in the fermentation tank. After fermentation, the nutrition index of fermentation feed, the number of acidopHilus and pH value were tested, respectively. It was found that the crude protein content of fermented feed increased from 20.85% to21.34%,the crude fat content increased from 4.60% to 4.68%.The results showed that the nutritional value of fermented feed was further improved. The content of crude fiber decreased from 2.30% to 1.84%,and the content of neutral detergent fiber decreased from8.10% to 7.90%,indicating that Lactobacillus acidopHilusin fermented feed was involved in the decomposition of crude fiber in feed, which was beneficial to the better utilization of crude fiber in the body. The tested fermented feed and the original feed were feeded to the experimental group and the control group, respectively. There was no significant difference in the initial weight between the experimental group and the control group before and afterfeeding the fermented feed. The results of feeding experiment showed that the average daily feed intake and average daily gain of piglets in the experimental group were 23.03±0.8 and30.7 ± 3.1,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(19.2±0.6 and 24±2.8),but there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in average weight and feed/meat ratio. In addition, the number of piglets in the experimental group and the control group was higher than that in the experimental group, and the number of diarrhea and emaciated piglets in the control group was higher than that in the control group during the period of the trial, and the number of diarrhea and emaciated piglets in the control group was higher than that in the control group. The number of piglets in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the number of deaths in the control group was twice that in the experimental group.During the trial period, the ammonia content in the pigsty of the experimental group and the control group was monitored every day.The results showed that the ammonia content in the whole day of the pigsty in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group. In this study, the method of feed fermentation for piglets was established through the fermentation experiment of Lactobacillus acidopilus, and the experiment was carried out by feeding piglets. The application value of lactobacillus fermentative feed in piglet breeding was further verified.
