| III Safe vegetables are people’s basic life demand, it affects health and quality of life in huge numbers of families directly. Pesticide residue is one of the important factors of impacting vegetable quality & safety. Exceed the standard of pesticide in vegetables or excessive residue after accumulation many years can cause the food safety problem, which seriously threatened people’s health and the safety. As the main sources of fresh vegetables supply and the source of vegetables quality and safety, vegetable base should be strengthen the management and regulated the use of pesticides, which largely ensure the quality and safety of vegetables on the table.As one of the most important vegetable production area of Shandong Province, Zibo has a long history of vegetable planting. This paper mainly carries on the investigation and evaluation of 24 kinds of pesticide residues and exceeding in vegetables in vegetable base of Zibo City from 2010 to 2013.By the investigation of pesticide residues and exceeding condition, finding out the use of banned pesticide and residues & exceeding of non-banned pesticide, knowing current situation of vegetable quality & safety in vegetable base in Zibo and 10 districts, which provide the scientific basis for the rational and safe use of pesticides in vegetable base and technical support for the "made in Zibo" vegetable quality and safety supervision. Take active and effective measures to prevent and control is to improve the quality of vegetable sand reduce the harm of pesticide to the human body and pollution to the environment. Then, speeding up the implementation of vegetable base scale, standardization, safety production, promote development of Zibo vegetable industry science.Through the investigation and analysis evaluation, the results are as follows:1. The output of Zibo vegetable base vegetables to disable the detection of pesticide residue and non-banned pesticides which are kept at a lower level, reducing year by year general trend, which different years pesticide residues: 2013 which is 0.38%﹤2012 1.29%﹤2011 2.20%﹤2010 2.73%, 2013 from 2010, which reduced nearly 2.4%, the qualified rate of 99.62%. Excessive pesticide are mainly six kinds of banned pesticides(methyl parathion and isocarbophos, budweiser, aldicarb, parathion, oxygen rogor) and three kinds of the disabled pesticides(chlorpyrifos, dichlorvos, triazophos).2. The non-banned pesticide residue detection rate is high. That indicates that not banned pesticides are used widely. The overall decreased year by year. From low to high as follows: 2013 which is 55.85% < 2012 62.50% < 2011 68.76% < 73.64% 2010. Overall evaluation of different categories of pesticide detection rate on average, from low to high is: organophosphate class ﹤ method for organochlorine class ﹤ strain, the strain quasi deinsectization pesticide use is the highest usage rate.3. Effect of the pesticide residues on vegetables base of vegetables quality and safety degree of risk are no impact, zibo vegetable base vegetable safety situation is very good. Comprehensive 4 years, evaluation of single factor pollution index method, in addition to the individual pesticide in individual years, individual samples in high concentration, average single factor index are far less than 1. Hazards risk evaluation coefficient method, only a handful of pesticides in different years in the moderate risk, and disable the pesticide methamidophos, phorate, methyl isopropyl willow in phosphorus, the six six six is not detected, belongs to a risk-free, disable pesticide was detected in different years risk coefficient range of 1.53 ~ 1.53, moderate risk; In excessive amounts of the banned pesticides in different years risk coefficient range of 1.37 ~ 1.37, only chlorpyrifos, the difference in the corresponding year reached moderate risk, and the rest as low risk, fenitrothion is risk-free. Food safety evaluation index method, on the impact of pesticide residues on vegetables quality and safety risk degree are without the influence, the vegetable quality and safety condition is very good. Pesticide residues on average safety index from small to large is: 2012 witch is 0.0013﹤2010 0.0053﹤2013 0.0058﹤2011 0.0253 in 2013, year of different scale vegetable base of vegetables quality safety conditions in the order: 2012>2010>2013>2011.4.Different regions differ in pesticide residue safety in good condition. The risk coefficient of 10 counties, the residual pesticides from vegetable base: Boshan, Linzi 0.0197 < Wenchang Lake 0.0259 < Zichuan 0.027 < Gaoqing 0.0277 < Yiyuan 0.0281 < Zhoucun 0.0287 < Zhangdian 0.031 < High Tech Zone 0.034 < Huantai 0.0354. When we only consider the effect of 24 kinds of pesticide residue on vegetable quality safety, 10 districts and counties of vegetable base of vegetable quality and safety situation can be evaluated as follows: Huantai Boshan = Linzi > Wenchang > Zichuan > Lake Gaoqing > Yiyuan > Zhoucun > Zhangdian > High Tech Zone > Huantai.Analysis of factors affecting the safety of vegetable base of vegetables quality mainly: vegetable quality and safety standard system is not perfect, unbalanced, some farmers too to pursue maximum of vegetable production, agricultural technology popularization strength is weak, and so on. Therefore, put forward the following measures and prevention recommendations: strengthen vegetable pesticide residue detection and results using, set up the "grid" vegetable quality and safety supervision network, vigorously promote the vegetable standardization production, strengthen the agricultural extension service and farmers training, cultivating brand "made in zibo" vegetables. |
