Buddleja alternifol Maxim,Buddleia arboricaceae,deciduous shrubs,dry and middle plants.Born in arid hillsides,found in the Etuoke Banner Baole Hao Xiaohai.Distribute in Inner Mongolia Alxa League,China's Shanxi,Gansu,Ningxia and other provinces.The plants are dignified and elegant,with luxuriant flowers,aromatic and beautiful.Garden uses can be planted with grasslands,slopes,can also be decorated with rocks,roads,flower beds,but also cut flowers.For economic purposes,flowers and leaf roots can be used as medicines,with astringent hemostasis,swelling and myogenic effect.Branch into Mongolian medicine,on behalf of"Sandalwood"use.The flower is beautiful,aromatic,can extract oil in the direction,has a high research value,is a key protected plant in Inner Mongolia,can be vigorously promoted in Inner Mongolia.This thesis was tested by the Ordos City Landscaping Research Institute in Inner Mongolia.The experimental design of this thesis was conducted using orthogonal test four factors and four levels and shoot cuttings.According to the orthogonal test L16?44?.A total of 16 groups of trials were repeated,and each group of trials repeated three plugs.The four factors of this test are the factor A?matrix ratio?,and the fourth level is the ratio of the perlite to the ratio of carbon to soil:5:5,6:4,7:3 and 8:2.Factor B?cutting length?,Its four levels are defined as the cutting length 5cm,10cm,15cm,20cm.Factor C?cutting position?,Its four levels are defined as top,middle,lower,and entire.For factor D?rooting powder concentration?,the four levels are defined as clear water,500ppm,1000 ppm,and 1500 ppm.The rooting rate,group formation rate,main root length,number of roots,height of aerial parts,dry weight of aerial parts,dry weight of roots,root dry weight,and leaf area of eight experimental seedlings were tested from the four factors and four levels on the shoot cuttings of Buddleia alterniflora.The quantitative indicators were measured and studied to obtain the optimal level combination.Through the calculation and analysis of test data onto this thesis,the following research results are obtained.?1?The optimal combination of rooting rate was A1B3C1D4.That is,the ratio of the cuttage matrix to the perlite is 5:5,the length of the cuttings is 15cm,the tip is the top,and the concentration of the root powder is 1500ppm.The range R value is from big to small in order of 12.49>8.34>8.33>7.50.?2?The optimal combination rate of shoots of Buddleia tender shoot cuttings were A1B4C1D4.That is,That is,the ratio of the cuttage matrix to the perlite is 5:5,the length of cuttings is 20 cm,the cutting position is top,and the concentration of rooting powder is1500 ppm.The order for range R values is 58.75>37.91>28.75>26.25.?3?The optimal root length of the main shoot roots of Buddleia was A1B4C1D4.That is,the ratio of the cuttage matrix to the perlite is 5:5,the cutting length is 20 cm,the cutting site is the top,and the rooting powder concentration is 15000 ppm.The order for range R values is 2.46>1.43>1.33>0.91.?4?The Optimum Combination of Root Numbers of Buddleia A1B4C4D4.That is,the ratio of the cuttage matrixis 5:5,the cutting length is 20 cm,and the cutting site is the whole plant.The rooting powder concentration is 1500 ppm.The range of range R values is 13.21>9.96>7.05>5.75.?5?The optimum combination of root weight of Buddleia to be A4B4C2D4.That is,the ratio of the cuttage matrix is 8:2,the cutting length is 20 cm,the cutting position is middle,and the rooting powder concentration is 1500 ppm.The range of range R values is0.0300>0.0225>0.0200>0.0125.?6?The optimal height of the above-ground part of cuttings of Buddleiawas A1B4C1D3.That is,the ratio of the cuttage matrix is 5:5,the cutting length is 20 cm,the cutting position is at the top,and the rooting powder concentration is 1500 ppm.Under the optimum combination,the rooting rate,mass formation rate,root length,root number,root dry weight,height of the aboveground part,dry weight of the aboveground part and leaf area can all reach a relatively high level.
