area of eight experimental seedlings were tested from the four factors and four levels on the shoot cuttings of Buddleia alterniflora.The quantitative indicators were measured and studied to obtain the optimal level combination.Through the calculation and analysis of test data onto this thesis,the following research results are obtained.?1?The optimal combination of rooting rate was A₁B₃C₁D₄.That is,the ratio of the cuttage matrix to the perlite is 5:5,the length of the cuttings is 15cm,the tip is the top,and the concentration of the root powder is 1500ppm.The range R value is
