The Investigation And Analysis On Diarrhea And Infection Situation Of The Digestive Tract Parasite Of The Arbas White Cashmere Goats

In recent years,the diarrhea of the Arbas white cashmere goats in Otog Banner is more serious,and the intestinal parasitoses in goats are increasingly serious,which has caused large economic losses to the local herdsmen.This paper was to investigate and analyze the causes of white cashmere goats suffering from diarrhea and the infection situation of the white cashmere goats’ digestive tract parasite in this area.Collected the fecal and blood samples of the healthy goats and goats suffering from diarrhea in Otog Banner to measure the oocysts(eggs)and serum biochemical index,and anatomized the sick goats.Collected the blood samples from the borderline cases of PPR for the determination of PPR Ab concentrations in goats’ serum.Investigated and analyzed the infection situation of the digestive tract parasite of the Arbas white cashmere goats from each Sumu and town in Otog Banner.The results showed that the detection result of Arbas white cashmere goats’ feces were the coccidial oocysts and nematode eggs of which the positive rate and the infection intensity were much higher than those in healthy goats’.The content of TG,ALT,AST,ALP and TC in the serum biochemical index was significantly higher than that of healthy goats,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The content of CK was higher than that of the healthy ones,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Some determinations of PPR Ab were positive.According to the results,except the borderline cases of PPR,it was the intestinal parasitosis that was the main cause of the diarrhea in goats in this area.And the diarrhea could change the serum biochemical indexes in the goats suffering from diarrhea.The cashmere goats mainly infected coccidiosis and intestinal nematodiasis in this area.This test provided experimental evidences for reasonable prevention and treatment of diarrhea and parasitosis in Arbas white cashmere goats.
