In recent years,with the increasing of China's citrus planting scale,demand for yield and quality of citrus are higher than ever before,which leading to its seedling raising method from traditional seedling raising in open gradually developed into the container seedling by using the greenhouse and other facilities.Container seedling has the advantages of increasing the growth rate of the seedlings,transplanting convenience,high survival rate,which result in widely extension and application of this kind of breeding methods.In the process of citrus seeding raising,the nutritional soft bowl generally made by polyethylene is used to cultivate the grafted seedlings.However,soil filling work for nutritional soft bowl is still done by hands currently,which leading to low operating efficiency,great labour intensity of farmers and high production cost.Therefore the artificial soil filling mode can not meet the large scale production of citrus seedlings raising.An automatic soil filling machine for nutritional soft bowl in nursery garden become an urgent demand.This research according to the status of automatic soil filling for nutritional soft bowl at home and abroad,combined with the artificial soil filling processes,designs an automatic soil filling machine for nutritional soft bowl by designing the mechanical structure and using programmable logic controller to control.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to working flow of soil filling by hands and general technical requirements of automatic soil filling machine,build design and composition scheme of each working process,which meaning to complete scheme of automatic bag feeding by using stepper motor and silk pole,complete scheme of automatic bag opening by using sucker and linkage mechanism,complete scheme of automatic bag holding by using multi linkage mechanism,complete scheme of automatic output by using conveyor belt and stepper motor.(2)According to the overall design scheme and operation flow,the kinematic model of each working procedure is established,and the mechanical motion scheme design of the machine is completed.According to the motion scheme of the machine,the mechanical structure of the corresponding process are designed and selected and the 3D simulation software SolidWorks is used to establish a model of the machine.The rationality of this model is analyzed to optimize the design of corresponding structure.(3)The electrical control system of the machine adopts programmable logic controller(PLC)to control.According to the work flow and working mechanism of mechanical structure,choosing the proper pneumatic components and designing pneumatic circuit by analyzing and calculating.Appropriate sensors and actuators are selected and the input port and the output port are distributed.The control program is compiled and simulated.On this basis,the joint debugging of the hardware and software are also completed which lead to the coordinated control of the whole system is realized.
