Aimed at the problem that big quantity of work, frequent work, bad quality of work, this paper presents that it’s necessary to research the leaves-removing device for the solanaceae-grafting machine. On the leaves-removing device study basis of domestic and foreign research situation, analyzed the problems in the leaves-removing device areas, to develop leaves-removing device for solanaceae that suited to our national conditions. Ultimately determine the work process the dummy design and the experimental design, the principle, structure and parameter of component belong to the leaves-removing device power and transmission system, control systems had been designed, researched, set up the entity and experimented. The concreteness is as follows:1 、 The paper regards solanaceous seedling as research object has measured relevant parameters(shoot diameter, plant height and the distance from the leaves-removing to the bottom), obtained the average of seedling parameters by using mathematics statistics method, combined with commonly used of technical principle of people’s operating process, in order to provide the theoretical basis for the machine working principle and working process of leaves-removing device.2、According to the process requirements of the solanaceae leaves-removing device, in order to increase productivity, employ the overall design program-multi-station cycle operation. Multi-station cycle operation mainly included belt longitudinal motion assembly, brush institutions lateral movement assembly, brush institutions longitudinal motion assembly, frame assembly, power and transmission system and control system.3、We determined the control system consists of PLC and solenoid valves, according to the solanaceae leaves-removing device, and discussed details of the structure and working principle. We distributed the I/O port of PLC, writed the program of the control system and proceeded simulation and analysis, setted up the entity of control part.4、The leaves-removing institution contains pole and fur, the leaves-removing effects of the machine were affected by the effects of pole and fur, so I detailedly designed this institution, and statics anylasis for this institution were taken by ANSYS.5、The speed of brush rotation, the clearance between the two brush, time of brush rotation were selected as independent variables, and motor operating power was as the test index, I had done the three factors and three levels orthogonal experiment design on the pressure sensor test platform by ourselves, using software MATLAB to process and analysis the test data. According to the results of extreme analysis, we could know the relationship between independent variable and the test index, and get the primary and secondary impact of various factors on test index, finally determine the best combination factors of influencing the test index was developed as the speed of brush rotation of 135 r?min-1, the clearance between the two brush of 2.43 mm, time of brush rotation of 4s. 6、The speed of brush rotation, the clearance between the two brush, the growth period of seedling were selected as independent variables, defoliation rate and percentage of demaged seedlings were as the test index, the experimental studies were done by using binary quadric orthogonal regression rotational combination experiment design on the device of leaves-removing by ourselves, using software Design-Expert to process and analysis the test data, according to Variance analysis and regression equation, we could know the impact significance of various factors on the test index, and the response surface analysis, we could know the impact trend of various factors on the test index, finally the defoliation rate was 90% and percentage of demaged seedlings was 2.7% on the best combination factors of optimal parameters.
