Moringa oleifera is a perennial tree of the genus Moringa. It has the characteristics of fast growth, strong ecological adaptability, high edible and medicinal value. The moring wood introduced from India has been successfully cultivated in a small amount in China, but it has not been introduced and cultivated in Hunan. The introduction and cultivation of Moringa is of great significance for improving the species diversity of Hunan Province, and it can bring ecological, economic and social benefits. Therefore, this paper mainly studied the seed germination of Moringa oleifera and the annual seedlings as experimental materials, and studied the germination rate and seedling growth of Moringa oleifera seeds and the physiological, biochemical and photosynthetic characteristics under different months in Changsha City,Hunan Province. The main findings are as follows:1.The study found that the optimum temperature for germination of Moringa seeds was 25?;the average germination rate of Moringa seeds picked in the same year was 86%under the constant temperature of 25?;the 1000-grain weight and seed diameter of different Moringa seeds had germination rate.Significant difference(P<0.05),the difference was not significant for the purity of Moringa seed;different light intensity had significant difference in seedling height, ground diameter and survival rate of Moringa(P<0.05);Moringa planted in the test area The survival rate is about 85%,and the survival rate of Moringa is the highest in the semi-shade area,up to 88%.2.Through the analysis of the changes of physiological and biochemical characteristics of Moringa in different.months, the electrical conductivity and malondialdehyde content of Moringa leaves were high in winter low temperature environment(January)and summer high temperature(August);Moringa leaves 5 The chlorophyll content of the month was 1.6237 mg/g,and the chlorophyll content was the lowest in January, which was 0.7795 mg/g.The content of soluble protein, soluble sugar and proline in Moringa was in low temperature environment(January)and high temperature environment(August).Significantly higher than other months. The changes of SOD,CAT and POD activities of Moringa leaves increased first, then decreased and then increased, reaching peak in August:,which were 410.27 U-g-1,1586.7 U-g-1.min-1,281.27,respectively.U-g-1 ·min-1;reached the highest value in January of the following year, respectively 433.49 U g-1,1652.8 U g-1·min-1,303.29 U.g-1.min-1.3.The diurnal curves of net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and intercellular CO2 concentration of Moringa oleifera leaves were unimodal, and the peak photosynthetic rate and intercellular CO2 concentration peaked at 14:00,and the peak transpiration rate appeared at 12:00.The maximum stomatal conductance of Moringa appeared in November, which is about 0.0773 mol·m-2.s-1 higher than the minimum stomatal conductance in August, which is about 2.5 times the measured annual average. The net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and intercellular CO2 concentration of Moringa were also unimodal, and the peak appeared in summer August. The light compensation point(LCP)planted by Moringa in Hunan area is the largest in the full sunshine area, which is 66.32?mol-m-2·s-1.The light saturation point(LSP)of Moringa is the largest in the semi-shadow area.1803.21?mol.m-2·s-1,the light and amplitude in the semi-shadow area is the largest, the value is 1766.67?mol-m-2·s-1 so the planting of Moringa needs to have certain shading conditions in the external environment.
