| agriculture is the first pillar industry in China and plays a vital role in the economic development.Large-scale construction of agricultural water conservancy facilities can not only change the unfavorable conditions in the development of agricultural economy.but also control the way to use agricultural water.And the water needed for agricultural irrigation is guaranted to satisfy the irrigation requirements and increase crop yields through the deployment of water resources.The construction of agricultural water conservancy facilities in Liaoning Province made great achievements.It is a critical task to solve “three agricultural issues”.improve the agricultural production environment and the efficiency of agricultural production.Agricultural water conservancy infrastructures.such as channel lining.dredging and embankment.large boreholes.square ponds.and bridges and culverts.have played a prominent role in both enhancing agricultural production and increasing agricultural economic efficiency.Through research on the impact of these agricultural water conservancy infrastructures on the development of agricultural economy.the importance of water conservancy facilities to economic development is obtained.It will perfect the theory of agricultural production and will provide a reasonable theoretical basis for national investment in the construction of agricultural water conservancy facilities.The data of the construction of agricultural water conservancy facilities in 18 towns and townships in Xifeng County from 2007 to 2016(responsible departments from relevant projects in Xifeng County)and the basic conditions of agricultural production in Xifeng County and its service condition in agricultural production(from “Xifeng County Statistical Yearbook”)were selected in this paper.Firstly.the agricultural economic benefits and the construction of various agricultural water conservancy facilities in Xifeng County were analyzed through correlation analytic method.Secondly.the cluster analysis method were used to sagement 18 townships in Xifeng County into three categories according to their economic benefits.class I area with good economic development.class II area for a general economic development.and class III area with poor economic development.In these economic development regions.a multivariate linear regression method and an analytic hierarchy process were selected to constract the importance of each index that have an impact on economic development.Three aspects were considers when selecting indicators: the basic conditions of agricultural production.the construction of agricultural water conservancy facilities.the level of material input in agricultural production process.And there are 10 indicators totally.effective irrigation area.agricultural workforce.channel lining length.dredging and embankment length.square pond water storage capacity.large number of wells.number of bridges and culverts.pesticide use.fertilizer use.film use.were selected in this paper.The analysis concluded that the most significant index to the development of agricultural economy were effective irrigation areas.square pond water storage capacity.and channel lining length in class I area with good economic development.and are effective irrigation area.agricultural workforce.channel lining length in class II area for a general economic development.and the effective irrigated area.square pond water storage capacity and channel lining length in class III area with poor economic development.A further conclusion of important impact of farmland water conservancy facilities on different regions of economic development has been obtain.The channel lining project has a very important impact on different economic development areas in Xifeng County.and the square pond water storage capacity has important influence in both better for economic development economic development and poor economic development areas.Finally.the importance of irrigation and water conservancy facilities to different economic development regions in Xifeng County were analysed.and proposes reasonable suggestions for future construction of agricultural and water conservancy facilities in Xifeng County.for further increasing the utilization rate of local water resources.promoting grain production and income and the development of local economy. |
