Study On The Evaluation Of Intensive Use Of Cultivated Land From Time And Space In Harbin

Cultivated land resources are indispensable material resources for people’s production and life.Under the condition of limited cultivated land resources,it is necessary to excavate its intrinsic potential,increase the use of land resources,increase the input amount per unit area of root resources,and achieve a utilization mode in a balanced state,and coordinate the economy and resources.The existence of a link to achieve a sustainable state of sustainable use,to obtain more economic benefits.Fundamentally analyze the sustainable use of cultivated land and provide a basis for its future development.This paper selects Harbin as a research area,and based on the experience analysis and research results of predecessors,it makes a more scientific re-recognition on the meaning of intensive use of cultivated land.Using entropy method to determine the weight,using the "investment intensity-utilization degree-sustainability state" model,according to the current situation of cultivated land in the study area,constructing the evaluation index system of cultivated land intensive use from three levels,for the counties and cities of Harbin in 2007-2016 The intensive level of cultivated land resources is comprehensively evaluated,and the differences among different regions are compared and analyzed.Based on the reasonable analysis of the evaluation results,reasonable intensive use measures of cultivated land are proposed.(1)Taking the overall evaluation unit of Harbin as the evaluation unit,the intensive utilization index of cultivated land in Harbin was measured,which showed an overall upward trend from 2007 to 2016.The overall index of intensive use of cultivated land in Harbin increased by 0.2923,among which,the growth rate was faster in 2007-2009.The growth in 2010-2013 is relatively slow.1)In 2007-2016,the input intensity index of intensive use of cultivated land in Harbin showed an increasing trend year by year,but the overall growth was slow,increasing by 0.0835.2)The overall intensity index of cultivated land in Harbin in 2007-2016 showed a volatility growth trend.Increased by 0.119,3)In 2007-2016,the continuous state index of intensive use of cultivated land in Harbin was higher than the other two criteria,and the continuous situation was steadily improved.(2)Taking 2016 as an example,the spatial distribution of intensive use of cultivated land in cities and counties of Harbin is measured.Low index area: Bin County,lower index area and higher index area: Harbin City,Bayan County,Mulan County,Yanshou County,Tonghe County and Wuchang City,High Index Area: Fangzheng County and Yilan County.(3)According to the results of intensive evaluation of cultivated land in Harbin,the following countermeasures are proposed from the aspects of input intensity-utilization degree-sustainability,so as to improve the intensive level of cultivated land in Harbin.The specific countermeasures are as follows: strengthen the input of labor and agricultural mechanization,rationally control the input of pesticides and fertilizers,protect the quality and quantity of cultivated land,increase grain output,improve the sustainable state of cultivated land,and coordinate the development of counties and cities.
