Research On The Impact Of Meteorology Disasters On Agricultural Production

Meteorological disaster is one of the main natural disasters in China,it causes huge losses to China's national economy and people's life each year,Meteorological disasters have variability and suddenness,its timing and character are elusive.This paper makes use of the data in China's agricultural statistics data,China meteorological disaster yearbook,China statistical yearbook and other relevant data from 2006 to 2015,calculat the area and direct economic loss affected by major meteorological disasters,such as flood,drought,wind,hail and cryopreservation.Through compare the rate of agricultural disaster and the rate of economic disaster,studied the effects of meteorological disasters on agricultural production and development trends in China from2006-2015,discussed the Suggestions and measures to resist the impact of meteorological disasters on agricultural production.The following conclusions are mainly drawn.It is hoped that it can provide some basis for disaster prevention and reduction in the future.(1)The planting area of crops in China is increasing year by year,and the total disaster area of crops is decreasing year by year.(2)Among all kinds of meteorological disasters that have affected agricultural areas from large to small,drought accounts for the largest proportion,successively,flood,wind and hail and cryogenic disaster.(3)In the past ten years,the disaster area and the disaster rate caused by various kinds of climate disasters in China have been decreasing to different degrees.(4)In the past ten years,the direct economic losses and the economic disaster-hit rate caused by all kinds of disasters except the storm and hail have been decreasing.(5)In order to further strengthen the capacity of disaster prevention and reduction,China should establish a sound service organization and a sound agricultural insurance system.Special prevention and control activities are carried out for different meteorological disasters,such as strengthening related infrastructure construction,actively intervening in the formation of meteorological disasters,optimizing agricultural structure,and improving crop disaster resistance capacity.
