Clinical Analysis Of Mare Infertility And Horse Fibrosarcoma

With the Xinjiang thoroughbred breeding work,mare infertile directly reduces the reproductive efficiency of mares,increases mare elimination rate,increases the cost of feeding and other issues,and affect the process of improved breeding.Therefore,this research takes the typical form of medical record analysis the medical record of horse mare infertility Xinjiang Yili Zhaosu County from March to August 2016,to explore the new treatment measures of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of equine infertility,and to provide the treatment plan and clinical basis for the future infertility.At the same time,making a diagnosis and giving treat on a case of fibrosarcoma to provide reference for clinical treatment.Through the clinical symptoms,medical history investigation,rectal examination and laboratory diagnosis.There are 5 cases were diagnosed as Malaysia endometritis,4 cases werw diagnosed as ovarian hypofunction of horses,with the traditional Chinese medicine treatment,the cure rate was 77.8%,the pregnancy rate was 66.7%.(1)temperature detection on medical records,no symptoms of fever.The results of routine blood tests showed that there were significant differences in the number of lymphocytes before and after treatment with traditional Chinese medicine(P<0.05).The blood biochemical results showed that the difference between the two groups was not significant.Serum TNF-and IL-6 levels were not significantly different(P>0.05).(2)the use of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of horse ovarian hypofunction,after 5 days of administration,horses normal estrus,blood routine showed before medication and medication for third days the number of intermediate cells had significant difference(P<0.05),the medication before and after fifth days the middle cell number was significantly different(P<0.05).The results showed that there was no significant difference in total protein index between the third days before and after treatment with(P>0.05),and there was a significant difference between the two groups in the total protein index(P<0.05)for the first third days after treatment.There was no significant difference between the third days before and after treatment with the drug,and there was no significant difference in the index of(P>0.05)between the two groups,but there was significant difference between the third day and the day of administration of protein(P<0.05).In Zhaosu County,a thoroughbred mare,due to trauma without timely treatment,from trauma occurred 7 months after the formation of a giant spherical pathological neoplasm,by measuring the short axis length of 37 cm and 71 cm long axis,the horses severely malnourished,action disorder,through clinical diagnosis,pathological histological identification of fibrosarcoma and by surgery after treatment.Veterinary clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of equine infertility has achieved good results,for the future clinical treatment of equine infertility.The diagnosis and treatment of the animal body surface is relatively rare.This paper hopes to provide experience for the future of veterinary surgeon in the future.
