Three kinds of major pathogenic microorganisms that cause mastitis of diary cows were selected and the in vitro antibiosis effects of 21 kinds of Chinese medicinal herbs such as Radix Scutellariae et.al. were tested through the method of stiletto. Twenty four nutrient agar medium were divided into there groups. Smear Escherichia Coli on A1-A8 nutrient agar medium homogeneous. Smear S. aurous on B1-B8 nutrient agar medium homogeneous. Smear Streptococcus agalactiae on C1-C8 nutrient agar medium homogeneous. Then slotting uniform upon the nutrient agar medium, respectively, each plate six hole. Add 20μL of every medical solution into each hole, and two holes were made to parallel samples. Add 21 chinese medicine to A1-A7 , B1-B7 , C1-C7, respectively, and A8,B8,C8 were the normal control which were added deionized water only. These nutrient agar medium were incubated at 37℃for 24 h. Bacterial existence and antibacterial circle diameter were observed. We found that different medicine for different strains produce different effects. The experiment results showed above supplied the scientific evidence for filtering Chinese medicinal herbs to prevent and cure the mastitis. This study evaluated the effects of Chinese herbal compound transdermal ointment, screened the best formula. With chlorogenic acid as marker, used high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) determinated the content of chlorogenic acid in permeate liquid, evaluated different Chinese medicine formulations and different traditional Chinese medicine transdermal penetration enhancers on the traditional Chinese medicine Ointment transdermal effect. The result inditated that traditional Chinese medicine ultrafine powder directly to medicine and 4.5% borneol +4.5% Azone as penetration enhancers was best. The transdermal compound TCM agent stability test results showed there was no layered, emulsion-breaking, mildew, as well as change of color or uniformity in the centrifuge test, cold and heat test and Accelerated test. The transdermal compound TCM agent has a good stability, the stability of the results were satisfactory. A two-year period required for the product, at a temperature 37-40℃, relative humidity above 75% under the conditions to save 3 months, product stability, and can be tentatively valid for 2 years. Therefore, the shelf life of drug may be set temporarily for 2 years. The results of Clinieal pharmacodynamics experiment showed that the transdermal agent had good therapeutic action on clinical mastitis of dairy cattle curing. The studies showed Transdermal compound traditional Chinese medicine agent can effeetually strengthen activity of SOD,GSH-Px,degrade concentration of free radical NO,MDA in sera and whey from cows with clinical mastitis,to achieve objective cured bovine mastitis by Transdermal compound traditional Chinese medicine agent...
