Associate Professor Effects Of Different Fertilizer Treatments On Fruit Quality Of Peach

This experiment was conducted in July 2016-October 2017 at the orchard next to Taigu Meteorological Station in Taigu County of Jinzhong City to study different organic fertilizers and medium-,micro-,and micro-fertilizers.The effects of different combinations on the physiological indexes and fruit quality and aroma components of the peach and red phoenix peaches will provide theoretical guidance for the improvement of the yield and quality of Shanxi peach.The main findings are as follows.1,Regarding the appearance quality of peach,0.5 kg chelated medium and small fertilizer has the best use effect,and the combination of sheep manure organic fertilizer+0.5kg chelated medium and small fertilizer can effectively increase the fruit quality of peach and red phoenix of Jinci.The single fruit weight was increased by 2%and 25%respectively;the use of seaweed organic fertilizer+0.5 kg chelated medium and small fertilizers can effectively increase the fruit weight and fruit firmness of Jinci peach and red phoenix fruit,which increased by 50%.,14.4%and 22%,40%.2.Regarding the intrinsic quality of peach,in tenns of soluble total sugar,the use of sheep manure organic fertilizer+0.5 kg chelated medium and small fertilizer has the best effect.For VC,seaweed organic fertilizer+0.5 kg chelation The use of micro-fertilizer is best.Among them,the combined use of sheep manure organic fertilizer+0.5 kg chelated medium and small fertilizers can effectively increase the total soluble sugar content of peaches and red phoenixes in Jinci,which increased by 11%and 14.7%respectively.The use of seaweed organic fertilizer plus 0.5 kg of chelated medium and small fertilizers could effectively increase the vitamin C content in Jinci Peach and Red Phoenix fruit,which increased by 26.5%and 56%respectively.3.For the aromatic substances of the peaches,the use of sheep manure organic fertilizer with 0.5 kg Meile and chelated micro-fertilizer will effectively increase the aromas and aldehydes content of the peaches.However,if too much fertilizer is used,it will have little or no effect.4.For the aromatic substances of red phoenix peaches,the combination of sheep manure organic fertilizer,seaweed organic fertilizer and 0.5 kg Meile medium and micro-fertilizer effectively increased the content of aldehyde compounds in red phoenix peaches.Instead,it has little or no effect.
