The development of agricultural professional teachers is the foundation and guarantee for the development of agricultural technical talents.At present,China is in a critical period of agricultural modernization.Agricultural professional teachers shoulder the important task of cultivating high-quality workers in agricultural production,service,technology and management.In addition,the healthy development of agricultural teachers is also a strong support to realize the strategy of rural revitalization and accelerate the implementation of agricultural modernization policies.In this paper,through a careful review of a large number of documents,a questionnaire survey was conducted on agricultural teachers in six agriculture-related schools,and further interviews were conducted on several typical teachers to understand the basic situation,group characteristics and stage characteristics of the professional development of agricultural teachers in six schools,and to sort out and analyze the professional post activities of agricultural teachers.By using SPSS21.0 to systematically sort out the questionnaires and interview cases,this paper summarizes the reasons for the transfer of agricultural professional teachers,the development trend of agricultural professional,the effective path of teachers' professional development,and the psychological characteristics and working status of agricultural professional teachers' professional development.The stage of professional development of agricultural teachers is divided into the initial stage of professional development,the growth stage of professional development and the mature stage of professional development.The types are divided into teaching type,management type and technical service type.On the basis of systematically analyzing the development status of different stages and different types of teachers of agricultural specialty,the author grasps the realistic path and existing problems of their development,and clarifies the obstacles to their professional development.Including personal factors,social factors and school factors;aiming at the problems existing in the professional development of agricultural teachers,this paper puts forward measures to optimize the career development path of agricultural teachers in secondary vocational schools from three dimensions: school level,government and enterprise level and teachers' personal level.At school level,it is necessary to form agricultural professional research groupsto play the leading role of agricultural teachers in demonstration;Input,improve the supervision system;formulate a plan for teachers to practice in enterprises to ensure the smooth progress of practice.In order to promote the professional development of teachers,the government should clarify the demands of off-campus training of agricultural teachers to meet the needs of teachers' professional development;improve the practice policy of teachers' enterprises,refine the practice system of teachers' enterprises;and promote the orderly development of the project of "sending teachers to the countryside".In addition to making full use of the external support of enterprises,schools and governments for their professional development,teachers should make corresponding efforts to cultivate the habit of self-reflection to guide agricultural teaching practice;adopt various forms of reflection to ensure the effective implementation of reflection;correct attitude,and truly integrate into enterprise practice.
