Secondary vocational education is an essential part of China’s national education,which is responsible for supplying primary skilled students to higher vocational colleges and providing skilled talents for economic and social development.The content and quality of classroom teaching directly affect the quality of students.However,there are some problems in the teaching of secondary vocational courses,such as single and traditional teaching methods,lack of teaching resources,and poor connection between teaching content and local industry development.With the development of information technology,new teaching methods have been continuously integrated into classroom teaching.As one of them,micro-lesson has been widely recognized and used by educators,and could promote the solution of the above problems to a certain extent.Storage and Processing of Agricultural Products is a professional orientation course for crop production technology majors in some secondary vocational schools in Gansu Province,aiming at cultivating skilled talents urgently needed for the development of gansu characteristic and superior industries.In this paper,based on the policy background,realistic background,research and application status of micro-lesson at home and abroad,analysis of professional curriculum content and resources of secondary vocational schools in Gansu Longnan and its surrounding areas,olive industry development and talent needed for local social and economic development.Under the guidance of constructivism theory,zone of proximal development theory,Situational Cognition Theory and student-centered principle,a series of local characteristic micro-lesson suitable for the course of Storage and Processing of Agricultural Products in secondary vocational schools are designed and developed with the theme of fragrant olive oil.The specific process is: design the micro-lesson catalogue of Fragrant Olive Oil,write the micro-lesson design plan,screen and integrate the content of the micro-lesson,write the script and courseware of the micro-lesson,record the micro-lesson,edit the post-micro-lesson,and finally complete the Fragrant Olive Oil series of micro-lesson evaluate them,and modify them according to the evaluation and suggestions.The value of this paper is that the series of micro-lesson of Fragrant Olive Oil can be used as the expansion and supplement of local characteristic teaching resources of Longnan Secondary vocational school.It is also an attempt to develop local characteristic teaching resources of secondary vocational school and can provide reference for the design and development of local characteristic teaching resources of secondary vocational school.
