The county forestry bureau,as the grassroots forestry authority,establishes its own website which is conducive to promoting forestry,improving forestry governance and the development of forestry information.At present,there are about 2800 counties all over the country,but only 860 county-level forestry bureau portals have been built at www.forestry.gov.cn.A small number of county forestry bureaus have also set up their sites,but most sites have more or less some problems,for instance,technical obsoleteness,inconvenience of finding certain content caused by lacking scientific basis in section layout,slow page loading,etc.In this paper,by analyzing the current county-level forestry bureau portal sites and concerning the requirement of the county forestry bureau,the style,function modules,column planning and construction programs of the county forestry bureau portal site will be redesigned.And use SDLC method to develop a common county forestry bureau portal.Common county forestry bureau portal referred in this paper is based on J2EE,employing MVC design patterns,the technology of JSP and MySQL,with the purpose of achieving timely and efficient release and submission of information functions,column dynamic management,work guide,form download and online consultation and other functions to facilitate and serve users.The following is several unique features of the site.First,the website caches page through the Redis shortening the page load time.Second,the background system employs Shiro security framework for certification landing and authorization.Third,based on Solr enterprise search platform,the website achieves a site search assisting users' quick retrieval.Fourth,website information release function calls KindEditor.In order to verify the feasibility of the application of the county forestry bureau website,this paper chooses a county forestry bureau to test the website.Huairen County Forestry Bureau in Shanxi Province,as the province's forestry construction forestry advanced units,is relatively weak in forestry information.This paper uses Huairen County Forestry Bureau's data to run this website in terms of the needs of Huiren County Forestry Bureau.Through testing,this site is friendly interface,generous and easy to operate,totally meeting the needs of the Forestry Bureau.What's more,it will facilitate improvement of the transparency of government affairs and play a positive role in promoting the publicity of forestry,which will embrace good application prospects.
