Evaluation Of Ecological Value Of Forest Landscape Resources

Building an ecological civilization is an important part of coordinating the overall layout of the"five-sphere integrated plan".Developing and protecting forest resources reasonably and effectively,fully exploring its economic value,social value and ecological value is a vivid reflection of promoting"the ever-green mountains and rivers are as worthy as gold and silver".This is also a prerequisite for building an ecological compensation mechanism.Based on this,this paper takes the ecological value assessment of forest landscape resources as the research object.Based on overviewing predecessors’ study and making the systematic research,the author comes up with the important innovation point of this paper-the core concept of forest landscape resource ecological value,and mainly illustrates the connotation,significance,evaluation method,evaluation content,evaluation process of this core concept.In addition,in consideration of the particularity of the forest landscape resources,the author selects the evaluation methods of this article by comparing with the various conventional methods,which aims to ensure the rationality and credibility of the evaluation results as much as possible.On the basis of in-depth analysis and discussion of the concept of ecological value of forest landscape resources,taking the year 2017 as the base year,the West mountain Forest Park is selected as the assessment object.Besides,according to the Assessment Specification for Forest Ecosystem Service Function,the author mainly adopts this five assessment methods,Conditional Value method,the Contingent Value Method,the Replacement Cost method,the Market Value method,and the Energy Synthesis,and assesses the ecological value of forest landscape resources from this seven aspects:forest landscape recreation,water conservation,soil/fertilizer conservation,carbon fixation and oxygen generation,air purification,improvement of microclimate,and the protection of biodiversity.The evaluation result shows that the total ecological value of West mountain Forest Park is 148,636,100 CNY/a,and the value of forest landscape recreation of West mountain Forest Park is the most important part of the ecological value of it.Based on this,we can draw these policy implications.First,establish the accounting mechanism of forest landscape resource value to promote the rational exploring of forest landscape resources;second,accelerate the marketization process of forest landscape resource asset management and strengthen the ecological value awareness of forest landscape resource;third,improve the professional capability of ecological value assessment and perfect assessment system of the ecological value of forest landscape resources.
