Study On The Influencing Factors Of Farmers' Satisfaction Of Ecological Forest Compensation In Guangzhou

With the development of economic,social and technological,ecological and environmental problems are growing,people on the ecological environment is also rising.So,the ecological forest because of its ecological benefits began to be widespread concern in the community.The positive externalities of the ecological benefits of ecological forests determine that the government needs to make economic compensation for the owners of public welfare forests.The compensation of ecological forest is an important guarantee to promote the sustainable development of ecological forest and ensure the safety of ecological environment.Since the implementation of ecological public welfare forest compensation in 1999 in Guangdong Province,the compensation standard has been continuously improved and the compensation mechanism has been continuously improved.But in the survey we found that farmers for the current ecological forest compensation issues still have views.Farmers are a direct participant in the construction and protection of ecological forest.The satisfaction of compensation for ecological forest affects the enthusiasm of farmers to participate in ecological forest work,and whether farmers participate in the construction and protection of ecological forest directly affect the construction of public work progress.Therefore,it is very important to study the influencing factors of farmer's satisfaction with ecological forest and improve the satisfaction of farmers,which is very important for the construction and protection of ecological forest.Based on the survey data and the relevant data,this paper makes a comparative analysis of the compensation degree of the ecological forest of the farmers in each region of Guangzhou C ity,and analyzes the satisfaction degree of the farmers in seven districts of Guangzhou C ity.This paper studies the relevant factors that affect farmers' satisfaction.The study selected if the farmers to the ecological forest compensation is satisfied as the dependent variable,choose the age,the number of family population,the degree of education,the family forest area,the distance between the ecological forest and home,whether the family engaged in ranger work or not,whether to read the compensation issued publicity or not,time of receiving compensation,way of receiving compensation,farmers think that the ecological forest reasonable compensation standards,have heard or read about ecological forest publicity or not and other 11 factors as independent variables.The logit regression analysis model was selected for econometric analysis.According to the results of the measurement analysis,the family forest area,the distance between the ecological forest and home,whether the family engaged in ranger work or not,whether to read the compensation issued publicity or not,farmers think that the ecological forest reasonable compensation standards,have heard or read about ecological forest publicity or not of six factors publicity have a significant impact on satisfaction farmers for ecological forest compensation.In order to strengthen the construction and protection of ecological forest in Guangzhou,according to the results of questionnaire survey and empirical analysis,the following countermeasures were put forward for the relevant departments:First,strengthen the ecological public welfare forest propaganda,improve social awareness and attention:second,consider the characteristics of farmers,improve the ecological forest compensation mechanism;third is to improve the ecological compensation standards.
