Researcn Strategy Of Forest Resources Protection In Hunan

The protection of forest resources is a protective strategy to promote the increase of total forests,improve the quality and enhance the reproduction of species,improve forest function,develop the economy under the forest and benefit.The main object of this paper is to protect forest resources in forest resources.With the rapid development of the social economy and the accelerating urbanization process,the harvesting and utilization of forest resources by humans exceeds the limits of forests.General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the scientific thesis that"green water and green mountains are Jinshan Yinshan",and the state pays more and more attention to ecological environmental protection.As one of the important forest areas in Central and South China,Hunan Province is rich in forest resources and faces the dilemma of destroying forest resources.Therefore,how to optimize the forest resource protection process has become an important issue in the development of forest resources today.In the research,based on the relevant theories and practices of forest resource protection at home and abroad,using rich data and charts to assess the current situation of forest resource protection in Hunan Province,SWOT analysis of the actual situation of forest resource protection in Hunan Province,and targeted Sexually put forward the development strategy of forest resources protection in Hunan Province.The research results show that the forest resources protection work in Hunan Province is quite effective,and the forest coverage rate in the province reaches 59.64%.In addition,by the end of 2018,the number of nature reserves above the provincial level in Hunan Pro,vince reached 359;the Nanshan National Park in Chengbu County of Shaoyang City became the first national park system pilot area in Hunan Province;Among the first 120 species of plants that were rescued,there are 14 species in Hunan,accounting for 10.8%of the country.Based on the status quo of forest resources protection in Hunan Province,this paper further explores the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of its development.Based on SWOT analysis,the strategy matrix of forest resource protection in Hunan Province is derived from four major scientific strategies:expansion and reversal.Type,diversification,and defensive type,the strategy combination must ensure that the forest resources protection work in Hunan Province fully exerts its own advantages,seizes the opportunity,and relieves the protection work from the real dilemma and meets the challenge.The results show that the expansion strategy uses external opportunities such as national forest park planning to build the Hunan Provincial Forest Park brand.The reversal strategy makes full use of opportunities such as development opportunities brought by the state,and compensates for internal disadvantages such as capital investment and insufficient technical strength to strengthen government guidance and financial support,and improve forestry industry planning.The diversification strategy can enhance the protection capacity of forest resources by establishing a system of biological germplasm resources and protection of very small population species.The defensive strategy can reduce the damage rate of forest resources by improving the means of forest resource cultivation,and can also improve the protection of ancient and famous trees and raise the awareness of national protection of forests.The research on forest resources protection strategy in Hunan Province not only provides a basis for the protection of forest resources in Hunan Province,but also the research results of this paper will provide reference for the protection of forest resources nationwide.
