Problems And Countermeasures Of Local Government In Forest Resources Protection And Management

China has a large land area,and there are great differences in ecological environment,geographical environment and natural environment between North and South and between East and West,thus forming a wide range of forest plants.However,due to the influence of topography and natural environment factors in Western China,the total green area of our country is less,the ecology of the vast western region,grassland area and southwest mountain area is relatively fragile,and the forest coverage rate is still at a low level in the world.The rapid development of economy has also caused great damage to forest ecology.Therefore,the current forest resource protection and forestry industry development in China are facing great challenges.In order to alleviate and change this situation,local governments need to carry out the conservation development of forest resources according to the situation of forest resources in different regions and the concept of forest protection and sustainable utilization.Therefore,the problems existing in the protection and utilization of forest resources by local governments are analyzed and specific improvement countermeasures are put forward,It has become an important issue of the protection of local forest resources and sustainable development of national forest ecology.S Province is a major forest resource province in my country.Long-term forest resource management experience has accumulated a wealth of foundation and achievements for the use and protection of forest resources in S Province,and some problems have also been exposed.This article takes S province as an example,and studies the challenges and countermeasures faced by local governments in the protection and management of forest resources from the following aspects:First of all,it sorts out the relevant theories and practices of forest protection,defines the concept of forest resource protection,lists and sorts out the relevant theories of forest resource protection,and introduces the practice of forest resource protection and utilization at home and abroad.Secondly,this article analyzes the status quo of forest resource protection and management in S Province and evaluates its effects.Overall analysis of the overall status of resources in Province S,forest resource protection and management policies and principles,and other aspects,analysis of the effects of the forest resources protection and management policies in Province S.Thirdly,the paper analyzes the problems faced by the local government of S Province in the protection and management of forest resources from the aspects of the efficiency of the administrative license for the use of forest land in construction projects,the investigation,monitoring and evaluation of forest resources,the intensity of forest resources supervision and inspection,the intensity of daily inspection,the awareness of the whole people to protect forest resources,and the construction of grass-roots facilities;The causes of the problems in the protection and management of forest resources in S Province were analyzed from the aspects of the ability of forest management personnel,the investigation and monitoring of forest resources,the work of local government and forestry authorities,economic development and forest protection,grass-roots establishment and financial situation.Finally,in view of the various problems faced in the protection and management of forest resources in S Province,countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the protection and management of forest resources are put forward.
