| Under the background of the "toilet revolution" in the new era,starting from the actual situation of the country’s rural revitalization and based on the special project of "technological innovation in green and livable villages and towns",this paper analyzes the pollution and resourcefulness of human excrement,and advocates that human excrement can be turned into treasure,which can not only convert excrement into useful substances for farmland fertilization,but also effectively prevent water pollution and disease transmission.Aerobic compost has become one of the effective methods to treat human feces due to its harmlessness and stability.On the basis of the existing equipment,this paper defines the control requirements and monitoring objects,and proposes a PLC based aerobic compost parameter monitoring system.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Research the experimental equipment and process,use Solidworks to complete the equipment modeling,introduce the main devices,analyze the role of key components,clarify the aerobic composting process,and determine the overall requirements and monitoring objects of the control system.(2)Carry out the selection of relevant equipment,including programmable logic controller,touch screen,sensor and other equipment,intermediate relay,AC contactor and other circuit components,complete the drawing of electrical circuit diagram,and complete the design of onsite control cabinet as the wiring basis.(3)With AS228-T PLC as the core control unit,according to the aerobic composting process,set the temperature,oxygen concentration and other parameter range,write the ladder diagram,control the operation of the auger,valve,mixing motor,water bath machine,blower and other equipment,and collect the real-time data of the sensor.(4)With the TPC7022 Ew touch screen as the human-computer interface,it can display the working status of the equipment and real-time data of the sensor in real time,and can set parameters and display alarm data.Click the corresponding button on the touch screen to effectively control the aerobic composting process.(5)The whole system is debugged,and the faults are analyzed and solved.Then the aerobic composting experiment is carried out,and the key parameters are monitored and analyzed to verify that the system can meet the requirements of aerobic composting parameter monitoring and control. |
