Study On Design Of A Fast Fermentation Device For Sheep Manure

With the rapid development of sheep breeding in China,a large number of breeding wastes(including sheep manure,sewage and malodorous gas)have been produced while meeting the market demand of livestock products,causing environmental pollution.Sheep manure belongs to organic fertilizer,which can only be used for fertilization after fermentation.If sheep manure is not directly used after treatment,it will be easy to burn roots and seedlings by secondary fermentation,and cause the various pathogens,parasitic eggs and grass seeds in sheep manure to pollute the surrounding environment.At present,farmers mostly adopt the method of natural accumulation,directly stacking sheep manure in the external environment,this traditional composting process is cumbersome,inefficient and time-consuming.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Use Solidworks 3D drawing software to complete the design of mechanical structure,including frame,drum,transmission system,aeration system,electrical control system and monitoring system.(2)With the programmable controller as the control center and combined with the traditional composting fermentation technology,the temperature and other parameters were set in the program module,the ladder diagram program was written,and the electrical control system was established,so that the blower and motor could work intermittently,and the functions of heat preservation,automatic stirring,automatic ventilation and oxygen supply were realized.(3)As the display and operation module,the touch screen USES the MCGSE configuration environment software to design the human-computer interaction interface.By establishing communication connections with each sensor,it can collect data and monitor the working status of the device in real time,and effectively control the fermentation process.(4)Through the test verification,the device can realize the rapid fermentation of sheep feces,achieving the expected design purpose.
