In recent years,research and development of selenium-enriched agricultural products have been in full swing,such as the development and reporting of agricultural products such as selenium-enriched rice,wheat,potatoes and tomatoes.As a kind of economic crop with both medicine and food,it is used in food and medicine industries.However,there are few reports on the study of selenium-rich powder.Appropriate application of exogenous selenium not only allows the powder to play a role in selenium supplementation,but also improves the yield and quality of the powder.Therefore,the study of selenium-rich Pueraria thomsonii Benth can have important guidance for the certification of selenium-rich Pueraria thomsonii Benth and the promotion of the development of the powder industry.In order to screen out the selenium enrichment ability and suitable for the powdery cultivar planted in the field,this paper collected 7 main planting powders from Guangxi,Guangdong and Sichuan provinces for planting in the Shanglin,Nanning,to carry out selenium enrichment.Pueraria thomsonii Benth cultivar screening test.At the same time,through the application of different amounts of selenium-enriched fertilizer and foliar spraying of water-soluble selenium fertilizer,the effect of applying selenium fertilizer on the growth and selenium-enriching effect of P.chinensis was investigated,and the purpose of promoting selenium-enriched Pueraria thomsonii Benth cultivation was proposed.The main findings are as follows:1.In Guigui No.1(GFG-1),Tengxian Dave(TXD),Guangdong Volcano(HS),Tengxian Peace(HP),Sichuan Luzhou(LZ),Guangxi Guilin(GL)and Guangdong Heshui(hs)Among the seven main species,the main main plant is Guifen Ge 1(GFG-1)considering the comprehensive selenium content,selenium accumulation,yield and quality factors.The selenium content of the roots of the seven main plants was in the range of 0.048-0.061 mg/kg,and both reached the selenium-enriched standard of 0.02-0.20 mg/kg(fresh sample)of potato specified in DB45/T1061-2014 issued in 2014.The selenium content of each part is arranged from leaf to vine>genus root>root.The selenium accumulation in the roots of the seven main plants and the selenium accumulation in the commercial potato were in the range of 0.065-0.108 mg and 0.060-0.105 mg,respectively.The highest yield of the seven main plants was GuifenGe No.1(GFG-1)28.41 t/hm2 and the commodity rate reached 95.1%.The starch content of the seven main plants ranged from 60.74 to 75.36 g/100 g.The content of Pueraria thomsonii Benth in the seven main plants was 0.335% except that in Ganzhou,Sichuan,and the other main plants were in the range of 0.056% to 0.1223%.2.After applying the selenium-enriched organic fertilizer,the yield,quality and selenium accumulation of the powder were increased.The specific performance is as follows:the root selenium content after root treatment is in the range of 0.05-0.085 mg/kg and increases with the increase of fertilizer application amount.Selenium accumulation in the roots and selenium accumulation in commercial potato were increased in the range of 0.103-0.178 mg and 0.09-0.165 mg,and increased with the increase of fertilization amount.When the amount of fertilizer reached the maximum,the selenium accumulation in the roots and the accumulation of selenium in commercial potato and CK Compared with the increase of 72.53% and 83.1% respectively.The yield of each treatment and the yield of commercial potato were the highest at 29.90 t/hm2 and 27.74 t/hm2 with a fertilizer application rate of 24000 kg/hm2.The Pueraria thomsonii Benth content of each treatment was increased compared to CK.3.Foliar application of selenium fertilizer increased the yield,quality and selenium accumulation of the powder,and the effect was faster and the cost was lower.The specific performance is as follows:the selenium content of the roots of each treatment is higher than that of CK and both reach the standard of selenium-enriched potato in Guangxi.When the amount of selenium applied was 24000 ml/hm2,the accumulation of selenium in the roots and the accumulation of selenium in the commercial potato reached the maximum,which increased by 86.95% and 77.5%compared with CK.The yield of the sprayed selenium fertilizer of 24000 ml/hm2 and the yield of commercial potato increased by 9.9% and 12.5% compared with CK.The Pueraria thomsonii Benth content of each treatment was increased compared to CK.4.Comparing the three fertilization methods,it was found that the fertil ization method of foliar application and root application had the greatest improvement on the yield,quality and Se accumulation of P.chinensis,and it could be considered for popularization and application in selenium-deficient areas.Specifically,the selenium contents of roots of CK,root application,foliar application and re-application were 0.053 mg/kg,0.069 mg/kg,0.118 mg/kg and 0.145 mg/kg,respectively,which all reached the selenium-rich standard of Guangxi potato.The amount of selenium accumulation in the roots treated with re-treatment and the selenium accumulation in commercial potato increased by 189.75% and 200.62% compared with CK.Compared with CK,the yield of Pueraria thomsonii Benth and commercial potato treated by re-selen ium fertilizer increased by 7.65% and 9.19%.The puerarin contents of CK,root application,foliar application and re-treatment were 0.086%,0.115%,0.098%and 0.094%,respectively.The Pueraria thomsonii Benth content of each treatment was higher than CK.
