Object:The Beijing Red Chicken is a breed of brown shell hens independently cultivated by China’s Yukou Poultry Company.In this study,the Jinghong hens were used as research objects.The growth and development models were prepared by measuring the egg production rate,egg quality and other traits at different body weights,lengths and laying stages,and predicting the growth trend of Jinghong hens.The aim is tantamount to explore the effects of optimal growth and developmental physique and growth and development traits on laying performance before opening.This is of great significance to the genetic breeding,nutrition test,chicken farm management and production system analysis of Jinghong laying hens.Methods:(1)This experiment was to explore the growth and development of Jinghong hens.By measuring the body weight and body size of 420 Jinghong hens from 0-17 weeks old,and establishing a nonlinear mathematical model,Logistic and Gompertz were selected.And Bertalanffy three models to describe the systematic changes in animal growth and progress with age,and finally selected a best model for the Jinghong system.(2)This experiment was conducted to study the correlation between body weight traits and egg production rate of Jinghong system hens.The number of eggs occurred in the same batch of Jinghong hens from 19 to 72 weeks old was recorded.Egg weight data,using genetic correlation analysis,and correlation analysis with body weight and sputum length measured at 0-17 weeks of age to identify important factors affecting egg production rate.(3)This experiment was conducted to study the correlation between body weight and egg quality of Jinghong hens.The egg quality was determined by continuously collecting 420 eggs from each batch of 420 Jinghong hens at 42 weeks of age.Multivariate correlation analysis was used to analyze the body weight and sputum length measured at 0-17 weeks of age to identify significant factors affecting egg quality.Result:(1)Three kinds of nonlinear mathematical models,Logistic,Gompertz and Bertalanffy,were used to fit and analyze the growth and development curves of the length and weight of 0-17 weeks old Jinghong system.The results showed that the Gompertz model could better fit the growth curve of the weight of the Jinghong system.The weight growth curve equation of the Jinghong system was Y=1731×e-4.067exp(-0.187t).The inflection point weight was 637.123g,the inflection point was7.052 weeks,and the maximum weekly increment was 119.142 g.The Logistic model can better fit the development curve of cockroach length of the Jinghong system.According to the Logistic model,the growth curve equation of Jinghong laying hens is Y=101.029/(1+2.098×e-0.271t),the inflection point length is 5.051cm,the inflection point is 3.953 weeks,and the maximum circumferential growth is 0.684 cm.(2)Through the study of the post-production performance of the parental egg breeder of"Yukou Jinghong No.1"through different stages of body weight and length,the results showed that the genetic correlation between the 6-week body weight and the300-day average egg weight was 0.217(P<0.05)and the number of eggs laid in 72weeks of chicken was 0.198(P<0.05).It can be proved that before and after 6 weeks of age is an important period for cultivating sterling hens with a strong physique and developed internal organs.The genetic correlation of the 3-week-old eggshell length of the 6-week-old eggshell length was 0.216(P<0.05),and the genetic correlation of the number of eggs laid at 17 weeks was 0.277(P<0.01).The genetic correlation,between the age of 6 weeks old and the length of 17 weeks old was 0.347(P<0.01),and the genetic correlation of the number of eggs laid in 72 weeks was 0.241(P<0.05).(3)The correlation between growth traits of Jinghong hens and 18 variables between traits such as egg quality traits was analyzed.The results showed that the length of 3 weeks old was substantially correlated with the age of 6 weeks and 17weeks of age(P<0.01).The length of 6 weeks old was significantly correlated with egg weight(P<0.05).The body weight of 3 weeks old was related to protein height.The effect of eggshell strength was extremely significant(P<0.01).The weight of17-week-old body had significant effect on egg color and egg weight(P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)Using the three models to fit and analyze the growth curve of Jinghong hens.The Gompertz model has the best fitting effect on the body weight of017 weeks old Jinghong hens.The logistic model is 017 weeks old.The fitting effect of Zhou Lingjing red hens was the best.(2)The growth and development of laying hens in the brooding stage is closely related to the whole-stage laying performance.According to the data analysis,it can be seen that the 6-week-old body weight and the 3-week-old carp length are the opening age,the 300T egg weight,and the 72-week age.The number of eggs laid.The eggshell strength,the protein height,and the egg weight were more affected,indicating that these two stages had the greatest impact on the egg production rate and egg quality of Jinghong system.Because the body size and growth traits of laying hens usually directly or indirectly affect their production performance,the main traits can be grasped in the early stage of growth,which provides an essential reference for the breeding and production of Jinghong hens.
