Economic Benefit Analysis Of Different Culture Modes Of Penaeus Vannamei

Penaeus vannamei,commonly known as White-leg shrimp or White shrimp,is an excellent species for intensive and high-yield breeding.In 1988,the introduction of white shrimp from South America and its rapid development in China accelerated the development of aquaculture industry in China and also led to the progress of coastal aquaculture economy.Although shrimp culture is widely distributed in China,especially freshwater culture of Penaeus vannamei throughout the country,but the distribution of production is relatively concentrated.Shrimp farming in China is mainly distributed in Guangdong,Guangxi,Shandong,Fujian,Hainan and Jiangsu provinces.In Zhejiang,Liaoning,Hebei and Tianjin,a small amount of radiation was carried out.The aquaculture of Penaeus vannamei is mainly distributed in 10 provinces and cities such as Hebei,Liaoning,Hainan,Guangdong,Guangxi,Zhejiang,Fujian,Shandong,Jiangsu and Tianjin.At present,shrimp culture in China is mainly composed of four species: white shrimp,Penaeus monodon,Penaeus chinensis and Penaeus chinensis.According to the data of China Fisheries Statistics Yearbook,the production of Penaeus vannamei(including sea water and freshwater aquaculture)has been stable at about 90%,which is 167 2246 tons in 2016,accounting for 90.95%.The other three varieties accounted for about 10% of the total.Because Guangdong Province is the largest and most developed culture area of Penaeus vannamei,this paper will focus on the culture of Penaeus vannamei in Guangdong Province.As the world economy has slowed down in recent years and trade protectionism has risen,the export of white shrimp from South America has inevitably been affected.At the same time,the sustainability of Penaeus vannamei farming has become the rating restricting its further development because of the extensive development mode of one-sided pursuit of production in the early stage.Because of the instability of seedlings and aquaculture environment,the income of Penaeus vannamei farmers and enterprises is not stable;technical and trade barriers have brought different degrees of damage to aquaculture enterprises,aquaculture farmers,processing enterprises and export enterprises.Therefore,the analysis of the cost structure,costbenefit level and the quantitative relationship between input and output of Penaeus vannamei and the comparative analysis of the economic benefits of Penaeus vannamei farming in different farming modes are important for helping shrimp farmers to choose more efficient farming modes,promoting scientific farming,increasing the income of aquaculture workers,stabilizing the aquatic product market and promoting the sustainable development of aquaculture industry.The practical significance.In order to make the research more close to the real situation of white shrimp culture in South America,the data in this paper were obtained by the author himself who went to Guangdong Province,the largest producing area of white shrimp in China,and made a deep visit to the front line of white shrimp culture in South America.This paper is divided into three parts:The first part includes the introduction of the first chapter and the research status of the second chapter,which is the basic part of the study.The first chapter includes the background and significance of the topic,the content and purpose of the study,research methods,technical route,innovation and shortcomings,and the structure of the paper.The second chapter reviews the literature,including early basic research,aquaculture literature and shrimp culture literature.Meanwhile,the relevant methods and concepts are elaborated.The second part includes Chapter 3 to Chapter 4.It mainly analyses the current situation and economic benefits of the culture of Penaeus vannamei based on the investigation.Chapter three is the investigation and analysis of the current situation of white shrimp culture in South America,focusing on the culture personnel,culture mode,shrimp pond management and shrimp sales in Guangdong Province.Chapter IV is the economic benefit analysis of Penaeus vannamei culture in Guangdong Province.Combined with the field survey data,the overall situation of Penaeus vannamei culture in Guangdong Province and the cost-benefit,profit-loss balance and sensitivity of different culture modes are analyzed.The third part includes the fifth to seventh chapters.It mainly combines the current situation of the third chapter,and summarizes the problems of the loss in the fourth chapter to find solutions.Chapter V,inventory of aquaculture problems,undertaking the economic benefit analysis of Chapter IV,analysis of the problems leading to the loss of aquaculture.Chapter VI,the proposed countermeasures,following the above problems,put forward solutions.Chapter 7 summarizes and looks forward to this research.
