China is a major producer of edible fungi in the world,with an annual output of 1500 million tons of bacteria.In order to promote the efficient use of edible fungus residue,this experiment uses Pleurotus eryngii slag as the main raw material,compounding cow dung and peat,and formulating four kinds of nutrient matrix formulas according to different volume ratios,by studying the physical and chemical physicochemical properties of different nutrient substrates.The nature,nutrient content and the effects on the growth and yield of tomato plants,determine the high-efficiency,low-cost tomato bag culture slag type nutrient matrix formula and its cultivation techniques,in order to improve the secondary utilization efficiency of edible fungus residue and solve the facilities.Soil continuous cropping barriers provide technical guidance for the sustainable and healthy development of facility vegetables.The main findings are as follows:Study on the basic formula of the composite nutrient matrix of the tomato oyster mushroomThis experiment uses Pleurotus eryngii slag as the main raw material,and is made into four kinds of compound nutrient substrates,which are A(whole slag),which is control CK;B(slag residue: grass charcoal = 3:1);C(slag residue: Peat = 1:1);D(slag: grass charcoal = 1:3),study on the physicochemical properties of bag culture nutrient matrix of Pleurotus eryngii and peat,and its yield and quality in tomato cultivation in greenhouse influences.As the proportion of slag increased from 25% to 100%,the EC of the bagged nutrient substrate increased gradually,the bulk density decreased gradually,the matrix available nutrients increased significantly and the root growth of the initial plants was significantly affected.Among the four treatments,the yields of B,C,and D treatment plots were significantly higher than those of A treatment,and the C treatment(slag: grass charcoal = 1:1)had the highest yield,which was 46.17 kg,which was 13.8% higher than that of A treatment.The solid content is up to 6.1%.Comprehensive comparison,the ratio of Pleurotus eryngii slag and grass charcoal is 1:1 is the basic nutrient matrix formula suitable for tomato bag culture in solar greenhouse.Optimization of 2 Nutritional Matrix of Tomato Pleurotus ostreatus SlagOn the basis of the basic formula of Pleurotus ostreatus slag-type nutrient matrix and the formula of cow dung-type nutrient matrix developed by our group,the optimization of the formulation of nutrient matrix of tomato bag culture was carried out,and the treatment of slag type nutrient substrate C and cow dung type Water-retaining agent and wetting agent are added to the nutrient base to prepare 8 kinds of compound nutrient bases,respectively T1(slag base + wetting agent);T2(slag base + water retaining agent);T3(slag base + moist)Wet agent + water retention agent);T4(slag residue matrix,as a slag control).The results show:Slag-type matrix: T2 treated medium had high nutrient content,plant growth was significantly higher than that of control T4 treatment,plant stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration were the highest,39% and 5% higher than control T4 treatment,respectively.48.57 kg,which is 15% higher than T4 treatment,and the plant NPK nutrient utilization rate is the highest.In summary,under the conditions of this experiment,the ratio of Pleurotus eryngii slag and grass charcoal is 1:1,and the addition of water retaining agent is the best nutrient matrix formula suitable for tomato culture in solar greenhouse,...
