In order to overcome the problem of soil salinization and continuous cropping obstacles in the vegetable facility cultivation, the paper used tomato with representative vegetable as the experiment material and did a comparative experiment of tomato cultivation with a certain proportion organic substrate including a lot of animal manure and biogas residue in the village so as to obtain an optimal organic substrate on tomato cultivation in solar greenhouse.There are four substrate including chicken manure: corn straw: grit: cinder = 2:1:3:4 (Treatment 1),pig manure: corn straw: grit: cinder = 2:1:3:4 ( Treatment 2); cow dung: corn straw: grit: cinder = 2:1:3:4 (Treatment 3); biogas residue: corn straw: grit: cinder = 2:1:3:4 (Treatment 4 ).They can change the physical and chemical properties of the greenhouse tomato cultivation matrix. By the comparison of four substrate involving biogas residue, pig manure, chicken manure and cow dung, the treatment of biogas residue can increase the stem width of tomato the most obviously, augmented the area of tomato leaf and make tomato plant balanced healthy growth.By the comparison results of four organic substrate on the weight and yield tomato aboveground and underground part, three kinds of organic matter including biogas residue, chicken manure and cow dung can increase significantly to the growth of tomato aboveground part, the treatment of biogas residue make the dry weight of tomato aboveground part 81.44 g; they can remarkably increase the weight of the underground sections of tomato; chicken manure and biogas residue at the same time can increase the weight of the tomato underground and the ratio of root/shoot, can promote the increase of tomato yield and increase by 19.4% and 16.7% over the control respectively.By the comparison result of four organic matrix on the tomato fruit quality, chicken manure and biogas residue can significantly reduce the nitrate content of tomato fruit, decreased by 25.9% and 19.3% respectively compared with the control, they both can improve the ratio of sugar to acid in the tomato fruit.The results were showed as follows: the organic substrate to the best comprehensive effect on tomato cultivation in solar greenhouse is biogas residue, followed by chicken manure.
