The purpose of this experiment was to study the black soldier fly feeding method,analyze the nutrient composition of black soldier fly,the apparent digestibility of some nutrients,and the effects on the production performance and egg quality of laying hens.On the basis of fully reviewing the predecessor feeding method,the wheat bran and the chicken manure are combined to breed,the adults and the larvae are separately raised,and the test black soldier fly are obtained through the methods of egg collection,egg transfer,hatching,larval rearing and separation.In this experiment,300 kg of fresh worms were obtained,and 40 kg of semi-dry products were prepared,and 1kg of fresh samples and 500 g of semi-dry samples were used for determination of various nutritional indicators.The results showed that the crude protein contents of fresh,semi-dry and dried samples were:13.63%,38.08% and 42.42%,ether extract contents were:8.53%,23.82%,and 26.54%,lysine content were:1.58%,4.42%,and 4.92%,and the methionine contents were: 0.41%,1.1%,and 1.23%;the threonine contents were 1.14,3.18,and 3.54,and the tryptophan contents were: 0.24,0.68,and 0.76;the main mineral element contents were(mg/kg): K: 2423,6768 and 7540,Na: 186,520 and580,Ca: 456,1274 and 1420,P: 2127,5942 and 6620,Mg: 694,1939 and 2160,Fe:29,82 and 91.Cu: 22,61 and 68,Mn: 60,167 and 186,Zn: 54,151 and 168,I: 0.33,0.93 and 1.04,Se: 0.16,0.44 and 0.49.Thirty adult cocks were randomly divided into 5 treatment groups,with 5replicates in each group and 1 in each group.Treatment 1(basic diet),treatment 2(100% whole black soldier fly),treatment 3(20% whole black soldier fly + 80% basic diet),treatment 4(100% black soldier fly),treatment 5(20% black soldier fly +80%basic diet),a one-week full-feces digestive metabolism test,using direct feeding method and indirect set algorithm to determine black soldier fly rice flour and black soldier fly rice(black soldier fly of Dry state)apparent digestibility of rough nutrients and partial pure nutrients in various states.The results showed that there was no significant difference of the digestibility between the direct feeding method and the indirect set algorithm(P>0.05).Compared with black soldier fly rice,the nutrient digestibility of black soldier fly rice flour was significantly increased(P<0.05).The digestibility of dry matter,crude protein,ether extract,crude ash,nitrogen-free extract,calcium and phosphorus by direct feeding method increased by 6.85%,5.62%,8.69%,12.9%,4.94%,12.29% and 13.79%;the digestibility of dry matter,crude protein,ether extract,crude ash,nitrogen-free extract,calcium and phosphorus measured by algorithm were increased by 4.69%,5.69%,7.78%,13.84%,9.64%,14.29% and 12.94%.In order to study the effects of black soldier fly on the production performance and egg quality of laying hens,480 70-week-old Hailan brown laying hens wererandomly divided into 4 treatments,with 5 replicates per treatment and 24 replicates per replicate.The diets containing 0%,1%,3% and 5% of black soldier fly rice flour were fed separately for a 30-day feeding test.The results showed that black soldier fly rice flour had a significant effect on the daily egg production rate of laying hens,and the daily egg production rate of 5%black soldier fly group was significantly higher than 1% and 0% of black soldier fly group.In the sputum group(P<0.05),the egg production rate of the 3% black soldier fly group was significantly higher than that of the 0% black soldier fly group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the 0% black soldier fly group and the1% black soldier fly group,3% black soldier fly group and 5% black soldier fly group(P>0.05).In terms of average egg weight,3% black soldier fly group and The 5%black soldier fly group was significantly higher than the 0% black soldier fly group(P<0.05),and the difference between the 0% black soldier fly group and the 1% black soldier fly group was not significant(P>0.05),3% black soldier fly group.There was no significant difference between the groups and the 5% black soldier fly group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in daily feed intake between the groups(P>0.05).The 5% black soldier fly group was significantly lower than the other groups(P< 0.05),the difference between 0% black soldier fly group,1% black soldier fly group and 3% black soldier fly group was not significant(P>0.05).The yolk color of the 5% black soldier fly group and the 3% black soldier fly group were significantly higher than the 0% black soldier fly group and the 1% black soldier fly group(P<0.05),and there were no significant differences between the 3%black soldier fly group and the 5% black soldier fly group,0% black soldier fly group and 1% black soldier fly group(P>0.05);5% black soldier fly group and 3% black soldier fly group.The group of Hastelloys was significantly higher than 0% black soldier fly group and 1% black soldier fly group(P<0.05),there were no significant differences between the 3% black soldier fly group and the 5% black soldier fly group,0% black soldier fly group and 1% black soldier fly group(P>0.05).;in egg type index,eggshell strength the egg breaking rate,egg yolk ratio,protein ratio and eggshell ratio were not significantly different between groups(P>0.05).The black soldier fly is nutritious and can be directly fed,which is more suitable as a raw material to be added to the compound feed.There was no significant difference in nutrient digestibility of black soldier fly determined by direct feeding and indirect set algorithms.The nutrient digestibility of the pulverized black soldier fly rice flour was significantly higher than that of the unpulverized black soldier fly rice.The black soldier fly significantly increased the laying rate of laying hens and reduced the feed-gain ratio.The black soldier fly significantly increased egg yolk color and the Hastelloy units.In summary,the addition of 5% The black soldier fly in the late egg production had the best effect.
