In the process of facility cultivation,because of low-light weather,especially in winter and spring,the mutual concealment between the tomato plants and the leaves also puts the middle and lower leaves in a relatively low light environment meanwhile,which affects the growth,yield and quality of tomatoes.Consequently,the effective means of supplementing light to alleviate weak light stress in cultivated tomatoes.In recent years,although research on tomato LED supplemental light has gradually increased,the theoretical support is still insufficient to meet the production demands.In this paper,the growth,photosynthetic characteristics,production and quality of cherry tomatoes seedlings were studied by using different ratios of red and blue light and different light intensities.The cherry tomato light-filling experiment was carried out by using LED light source,which results are as follows:?1?The intensity of LED light had significant effect on cherry tomatoes seedling growth in an artificial climate.With the increase of photosynthetic efficiency of seedlings and biomass accumulation,cherry tomato stem diameter?stem diameter and stem circumference reflect stem diameter?,plant height value is relatively small,which is short with the increase of light intensity.There was no significant difference in cherry tomato growth under different light intensities when the light intensity exceeded 300?mol·m-2.s-1.Meanwhile,studies have found that plant intensity of large and thin leaf area,plant height,internodal distance large and thin stem had excessive growth characteristic when the plants were treated under the low light.?2?Different red and blue ratio LED had significant effects on cherry tomatoes seedling growth,and the proportion of blue red light had different effects.Under artificial climatic conditions,the treatment of R plant height and leaf area were the highest when treated for 28days.The stem diameter of BR11 was the largest,the leaf area was the smallest,and the net photosynthetic rate was the highest.The fresh weight of BR32 was the highest,and the content of chlorophyll?a+b?was the highest.Multiple comparisons showed that,the difference of index on BR11 and BR32 of each measurement was not significant.?3?The cherry tomatoes were treated with LED light supplementation during the whole growth period.Different ratio of blue light and red light significantly controlled the agronomic traits,production and quality of them.After the fixed value of 42d,the plant height and stem diameter of BR11 were the largest.They were increased by 29.73%and 8.74%,respectively,compared with the untreated ones.The total number of tomato plantswith BR11per plant,which was 32.77%higher than the contrast.The highest fruit setting rate of BR32,which was 24.01%higher than the former ones.The total amount of spiked fruit treated with BR11,which was significantly increased by 51.64%compared with the former ones.Lycopene,soluble solids,sugar,soluble protein,free amino acids,Vc,anthocyanin content of BR11 reached a maximum value.BR11 has a titratable acid content of at least;The Vc content of fruits treated with BR11 was significantly higher than that treated differently.The content of soluble sugar in fruit was the highest when BR32 in the light-filled.The highest content of flavonoids in BR31.Multiple comparison results showed that there was no significant difference between BR11 and BR32 except soluble sugar content and flavonoid content.Above all,the light intensity was 300?mol·m-2·s-1,which was the most cost-effective light source for cherry tomatoes seedling cultivation.In the artificial climate,B11R or BR32are more conducive to the growth of tomato seedlings.B11R or BR32 is more conducive to the improvement of production and quality when supplementing light in the solar greenhouses.
