Evaluation Of High-quality Development Of Beef Cattle Industry In Jilin Province And Research On Realization Path

The high-quality development of the beef cattle industry is an effective way to meet the people’s demand for high-quality and safe livestock products.Beef consumption occupies an important position in China’s residents’ consumption,but the current development of beef cattle industry is still facing outstanding problems such as weak competitiveness,rising breeding costs,shortage of cattle sources,and low utilization rate of forage resources,which seriously affect the high-quality development of China’s beef cattle industry.In this context,revealing the dynamic mechanism of the high-quality development of the beef cattle industry in Jilin Province and constructing the index evaluation system for the high-quality development of the beef cattle industry are helpful to expand the applicable boundary of the dynamic system and ecological economic coordination theory of the high-quality development of the beef cattle industry,guide the long-term planning and overall layout of the beef cattle industry in Jilin Province,provide path selection for the realization of high-quality development,and provide theoretical support for the development of China’s beef cattle industry.This paper takes the beef cattle industry in Jilin Province as the research object,aims to promote the high-quality development of the beef cattle industry in Jilin Province,comprehensively evaluates the indicators of the high-quality development of the beef cattle industry in Jilin Province from the following aspects,and explores its development path.Firstly,according to the current development of beef cattle industry in Jilin Province,the actual basis for the high-quality development of beef cattle industry is explored,and the main problems faced by the high-quality development of beef cattle industry are explored,which lays a foundation for this study.Secondly,the dynamic mechanism of high-quality development of beef cattle industry is explored from the two aspects of external motivation and internal driving force,so as to provide direction for the construction of index evaluation system.Thirdly,the multi-objective comprehensive evaluation model is used to determine the index weight and evaluation results by entropy weight method and linear weighting method,and the evaluation results are analyzed.Finally,the path selection and countermeasures for the high-quality development of beef cattle industry are proposed.Focusing on the above research content,the following research conclusions are mainly drawn:First,in the process of development of the beef cattle industry in Jilin Province,the beef cattle industry breeding technology continues to improve,the beef cattle feeding capacity continues to rise,the slaughtering and processing capacity of the beef cattle industry continues to expand,and the quality of beef cattle industry products is more standardized,these four aspects of the practical basis provides a guarantee for the high-quality development of the beef cattle industry in Jilin Province.The improvement of beef cattle breeding technology ensures the safe and effective supply of beef cattle breeding in germplasm breeding,breeding care,feed nutrition,etc.,the continuous increase of beef cattle feeding ensures the stable supply of beef cattle products,and the slaughtering and processing industry continues to develop in the direction of intensive processing,ensuring the slaughtering and processing capacity of beef cattle industry,the strengthening of beef cattle product quality supervision,and the establishment of quality standard system,which provides a basic guarantee for the high-quality development of beef cattle industry in Jilin Province.According to the development of beef cattle industry in Jilin Province and the requirements of high-quality development,it is found that the development of beef cattle industry in Jilin Province still faces major problems such as imperfect top-level design and planning,imperfect technical system construction,insufficient professional talent reserve,and weak foundation of beef cattle breeding.Second,the beef cattle industry in Jilin Province has been driven by external drivers such as the policy orientation of high-quality development,the practical needs of agricultural and animal husbandry cycles,and the market demand of consumers for high-quality and safe beef cattle products,which has promoted the high-quality development of the beef cattle industry in Jilin Province.At the same time,the comparative advantages and competitive advantages of the development of beef cattle industry in Jilin Province are analyzed through the location entropy model,and it is concluded that the location entropy of beef cattle output value in Jilin Province is2.47 and the regional entropy of agricultural employment is 1.65,and the agglomeration growth index of both is greater than 0,indicating that the development foundation,industrial agglomeration effect and talent base of beef cattle industry in Jilin Province provide internal driving force for the development of beef cattle industry in Jilin Province,so that the beef cattle industry has obvious comparative advantages and competitive advantages in development,and promotes the high-quality development of beef cattle industry.In the process of beef cattle industry development,the internal driving force and external motivation jointly promote the beef cattle industry to high-quality development,in the process of high-quality development,through the provision,high-quality and safe beef cattle products,further ensure the supply of safe,highquality,personalized and diversified products,while obtaining economic and social benefits,but also meet the market demand of consumers for high-quality and safe beef cattle products.Third,using the multi-objective comprehensive evaluation model,through the calculation of index weights and the analysis of evaluation results,it is concluded that the weights of secondary indicators are,from large to small,in order of agricultural and animal husbandry cycle>diversified development of scale> regional layout of prosperous and strong >counties> industrial value-added > market orientation;The evaluation results of the secondary indicators are,from large to small,the scale of diversified development indicators are large-scale farmers> small and medium-sized farmers,and the construction of > land for small and medium-sized farmers> the market demand for manure resource > the breeding system science and technology support >talent reserves> the value-added capacity >of straw feed> and the > of brand building > strong townships and strong villages Construction of epidemic prevention system.According to the weight of various indicators and the evaluation results of indicators,it is found that in the process of high-quality development of beef cattle industry in Jilin Province,there are currently problems such as low utilization rate of straw feed,insufficient construction of beef cattle epidemic prevention system,relative lack of professional talents,and imperfect construction of beef cattle breeding and breeding system.According to the above research conclusions,the following path choices are proposed for the high-quality development of beef cattle industry in Jilin Province: the sustainable development path of high-quality development is guided by the new development concept;Provide a path of technological innovation system for high-quality development through scientific and technological innovation;Quality improvement path combining quality first,standardization,lean and management optimization.It is also proposed to increase government financial support to reduce the cost of straw feed utilization;Increase investment in research and development of beef cattle disease prevention and control technology,and build a solid biosecurity defense
