As a major agricultural province,the implementation of Rural Revitalization Strategy has always been the focus of the government's agricultural work in Jilin province.To implement the strategy of rural revitalization,we must break the bottleneck of talent bottleneck.We should give priority to the development of human capital,create more local talents,gather talents from all over the world,and vigorously cultivate new professional farmers.We should establish a professional peasant system in an all-round way,improve the supporting policy system,and implement a new professional farmer training project.Support new vocational farmers to participate in Higher Agricultural Vocational Education through flexible educational system,and strengthen the teaching system of agricultural secondary vocational schools.Based on the present situation of agricultural development in China and the background of the times,on the basis of the analysis of the present situation of the development of agricultural vocational colleges,this paper takes the Changchun agricultural school as an example to carry out a field investigation and questionnaire survey,and understands the students' situation,teachers' educational background,the general situation of school basic facilities and the students' satisfaction with the professional satisfaction of the agricultural schools in Changchun.The status of planned enrollment of agriculture related majors,the degree of career planning and employment guidance of schools were analyzed.Through the analysis,we found that some professional settings are disjointed with social needs,professional setting is taken as guidance,professional settings are not balanced,professional settings are miscellaneous and disorderly,and the supporting facilities of professional settings are not well followed.The quality of agricultural vocational education is reduced and the number of students is reduced,and the loss rate of students in agricultural vocational schools is high.The current situation of fierce competition among agricultural vocational education students,curriculum development,curriculum structure,curriculum content,curriculum evaluation and other related situations.This paper summarizes the problems in the current agricultural vocational education,such as the unreasonable problem of professional setting,the problem of students,the rigid teaching content and the teaching mode,the lack of employment guidance and the weakness of the consciousness of career planning,and puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the professional setting of Agricultural Vocational Education,the countermeasures to solve the problem of the source of agricultural vocational education,and the adaptation to the teaching.We need to reform the teaching materials and strengthen the employment oriented curriculum construction and career planning consciousness.In order to provide theoretical basis for the development of agricultural vocational education in China.These are the necessary measures to maximize the development level of secondary vocational schools.This paper mainly studies the development status of agricultural schools in Changchun.Therefore,it is necessary to investigate the situation of students.Through the survey results,the development status of agricultural vocational school is summarized,the problems existing in the study process of the agricultural school students are analyzed,the reasons are found out,and the scientific and reasonable countermeasures are formulated.
