Under the background that the current social demands for vocational training is far greater than the needs,the importance of school-based curriculum development has gradually been recognized by the state,society and schools as far as its flexibility,pertinence and application is concerned.Especially in recent years,with the continuous expansion of the scale of vocational education and the continuous reform of the curriculum system,the development and research of school-based courses with local characteristics have become an important means to enhance their core competitiveness and attract students.School-based curriculum can not only coordinate the development of local industries,school running characteristics and technical skills training of vocational students,but also effectively promote the vigorous development of local characteristic industries,the vocational colleges have developed rapidly,and the students have developed comprehensively.Colleges and universities play an important role in the reform of the curriculum system.It is a major trend for schools to develop school-based curricula with regional characteristics.Dingxi City is rich in traditional Chinese medicinal materials and has advanced planting technology.It is particularly well-known for medicinal materials such as Codonopsis,Angelica and Astragalus.Dingxi should consider the development and utilization of curriculum resources based on regional characteristics with talent training industrial transformation and long-term development.This study takes L Secondary Vocational School Dingxi City as an example,and focuses the development of school-based curriculum in the Landscape Technology Major.First,the relevant theoretical research is used to analyze the necessity of school-based curriculum development.It is the development need of the Chinese herbal medicine planting industry in Dingxi City,the need for schools to exert brand effect,and the needs of teachers and students in vocational schools.Then interviewed with teachers and students and graduates and combined with the actual situation of L Middle Vocational School in Dingxi City,the corresponding investigation conclusion and enlightenment are drawn.Based on this,the curriculum standards of the school-based curriculum are established,including the nature of the curriculum and curriculum philosophy.Using Dole's 4R curriculum theory determined development principlesand.Finally,based on the goal of satisfying the individual needs of students in vocational colleges and promoting the long-term development of students,the curriculum objectives,course content,implementation strategies and evaluation mechanisms of the school-based curriculum were established.Taking one section of the school-based curriculum as an example through the case study method,the implementation process of the school-based curriculum is explained.Through the research on the development of school-based curriculum,this research is based on the perspective of employment and secondary vocational education of secondary vocational students and starting from the theoretical basis and necessity of school-based curriculum development,the study will be based on Dingxi City the cultivation technology is integrated into the school-based curriculum,which is effectively in line with the development of the Chinese herbal medicine planting industry in Dingxi City and the school-running philosophy of the secondary vocational school.It enriches the connotation of the research and development of school-based curriculum in the Landscape Technology Major,and provides reference for the follow-up development of school-based curriculum.
